Information and communication

Intelligent Cancer Cells Communicate with Exosomes

Excerpt:

Human cells use thousands of different types of signals—cytokines, chemokines, neurotransmitters, gliatransmitters, peptides, protein factors, photons, mRNA, miRNA, lncRNA and many types of electricity (electrical synapses, calcium waves, axon spikes, protein gradients, electric fields, synchronous oscillations). Communication between cells occurs at many different levels at the same time.

My comment: Theorists include this communication of information in human cells, but they fail to address the obvious need to link the different types of signals to their origins. Schrodinger (1943) linked the origin of communication to the sun’s biological energy, but he did not address the need for the exchange of information among cells and species.
Dobzhansky (1973) linked the result of this communication to a single amino acid substitution that differentiates the cell types of chimpanzees and humans from the cell type of gorillas. RNA-mediated gene duplication and RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions are nutrient-dependent. The amino acid substitutions are fixed in the organized genomes of all living genera in the context of the physiology of reproduction. If cancer cells were fixed in the organized genomes of all living genera, evolutionary theorists could attempt to explain why.
Instead, they managed to convince the biologically uninformed masses that some mutations are beneficial by claiming that hemoglobin variants such as the sickle cell variant are beneficial mutations. The take-home message for today comes from Jon Lieff, who metaphorically links the intelligence of cancer cells to the ignorance of biologically-based cause and effect, which continues to be expressed by evolutionary theorists.
Where does the information and cellular intelligence come from that evolutionary theorists tell us has somehow established a link from mutations to biodiversity? As theorists back away from past claims about about mutations and evolution, watch as they continue to ignore all aspect of information exchange. Meanwhile, see Greg Bear‘s science fiction novel “Blood Music” to learn about the exchange of information via circulating blood cells and how all other cell types are differentiated via the signaling mechanisms Jon Lieff included above.

Also, Jay R. Feierman‘s continues his attempts to obfuscate what others have detailed about biologically-based cause and effect. He buries what is known beneath a barrage of other posts to the human ethology yahoo group. These are a few of the buried posts from today.
I hope it is obvious that the only way to link information and communication from physics and chemistry to biology is via nutrient-dependent RNA-directed DNA methylation and RNA-mediated cell type differentiation in the context of differences in the balance of nutrient-dependent microRNAs and viral microRNAs.
