MicroRNA-encoded behavior
Editor’s summary:
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNAs that regulate gene activity. They repress expression through complementary base pairing interactions with target messenger RNAs…
My comment: If I were going to link biophysically constrained nutrient-dependent protein folding chemistry to biodiversity, I would start with nutrient energy-dependent base pair changes and link microbes to humans via the conserved molecular mechanisms of their epigenetically-effected RNA-mediated metabolic networks and genetic networks.
For example, I would link vitamin C to the prevention of virus-driven genomic entropy and stop another Ebola virus outbreak based on what is currently known about cell type differentiation in all living genera. I would use a combination of vitamin C and vitamin D to help prevent colorectal cancer and other nutrients to help prevent other virus-driven pathologies.
See: Nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled ecological adaptations: from atoms to ecosystems
Excerpt:
This atoms to ecosystems model of ecological adaptations links nutrient-dependent epigenetic effects on base pairs and amino acid substitutions to pheromone-controlled changes in the microRNA / messenger RNA balance and chromosomal rearrangements. The nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled changes are required for the thermodynamic regulation of intracellular signaling, which enables biophysically constrained nutrient-dependent protein folding; experience-dependent receptor-mediated behaviors, and organism-level thermoregulation in ever-changing ecological niches and social niches. Nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled ecological, social, neurogenic and socio-cognitive niche construction are manifested in increasing organismal complexity in species from microbes to man.
My comment: If I were an evolutionary theorist, or any other type of biologically uninformed science idiot, I would claim that anyone who tried to link microRNAs to biodiversity was a creationist and that no one can believe anything a creationist claims because they do not understand how scientific progress is made.
I would ban all creationists from participation in discussions after claiming they were posting pseudoscience, which is exactly what happened today. ScienceX.com began blocking all my comments (after a moderator removed 9 different comments from several different discussions: see below).
I learned about the ban when I tried to comment on:
This was reported as: Enormous genetic variation may shield tumors from treatment
Excerpt:
The high level of genetic variation also adds fuel to a long-running debate in evolutionary biology: Is evolution, at the DNA level, driven by selective Darwinian forces—the survival of the fittest? Or is there a role for random, or neutral, non-Darwinian changes—the persistence of the luckiest?
Non-Darwinian cell evolution links ecological variation to ecological adaptation via RNA-mediated events. The paradigm shift in evolutionary biology links ecological variation to ecological adaptation via my model.

Journal article excerpt: “In a physiological sense, good mutations may emerge now and then but in solid tumors the cell populations are so structured that selection may often be blunted. The physiological effect has to be very strong to overcome those constraints.”
That fact puts the burden of proof on people like Masatoshi Nei, who concluded that: “…constraint-breaking mutation is the ultimate source of all biological innovations and the enormous amount of biodiversity in this world.” (p. 199) Mutation-Driven Evolution

Stop misrepresenting the views of all serious scientists. Viruses perturb the nutrient-dependent RNA-mediated protein folding chemistry that is linked from supercoiled DNA to healthy longevity.
That fact is the underlying basis for what is now referred to as the Precision Medicine Initiative and/or personalized medicine.
“[T]he entire ideology of personalized medicine should be taken with many grains of salt.” — Koonin
Koonin knows that personalized medicine is a neo-Darwinian theory killer because it clearly links virus-perturbed protein folding to all pathology.

THESE EIGHT COMMENTS WERE REMOVED for the following reason: PSEUDOSCIENCE ON November 10, 2015.
1) Thanks for asking, “indio007”
Your question is the answer to my question. Obviously, you are intelligent enough to ask an extremely pertinent question that could readily lead to answers about how nutrient-dependent sex differences in cell types arose at the advent of sexual reproduction in yeasts.
If questions like this were used to direct discussion here, serious scientists could drive away the biologically uninformed science idiots and make phys.org a forum for discussion of biologically-based cause and effect. Attacks that denigrate the works of all serious scientists and limit discussion on the creation of cell type differences could be eliminated.
For example, we linked sex difference in the cell types of yeasts to sex differences in the cell types of worms, insects and all vertebrates in our section on molecular epigenetics from our 1996 Hormones and Behavior review.

Entanglement at heart of ‘two-for-one’ fission in next-generation solar cells
Like my model, their model helps to link Schrödinger’s claims about the anti-entropic energy of sunlight to nutrient-dependent base pair changes in bioluminescent microbes and to RNA-mediated cell type differentiation in all individuals of all living genera via their physiology of reproduction. For example, supercoiled DNA prevents virus-driven genomic entropy.
The viruses pirate the nutrient-dependent energy (e.g., light energy) that bacteria and plants need to reproduce. Their reproduction provides an ecological foundation for the food chain that links all life on Earth to the sun’s biological energy via top-down causation in the context of quantum physics, quantum chemistry, quantum smell, quantum biology, and quantum consciousness as demonstrated in works by Luca Turin’s group and by Anna Di Cosmo’s group.

jljenkins falsely claimed:
JVK’s bio and details have been published in the comments here before. He’s a convicted paedophile, ferchrisake. I’m moving on to someplace less pimped out. I’m sick and tired of Adblade scammers and saturation trolling on what’s supposed to be a serious science site.
Obviously, jljenkins and others like him will say or do anything to avoid being exposed to the truth about the creation of genes and cell type differentiation. If biologically informed science idiots like these are too scared to learn about anything known to serious scientists about biologically-based cause and effect, what scientific progress can we expect to reach the masses before there are no more masses to reach?

4) From my latest blog post on one domain: Excerpt: Evolutionary theorists cannot explain how sex differences in attraction arose, but Professor Barran linked olfaction and pheromones from food odors to RNA-mediated cell type differentiation of all cell types in all tissues of all organs and all organ systems of all vertebrates via the decapeptide, gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH).
From my latest post to my FB group: https://www.faceb…ediated/
Excerpt: When the nucleotides bond to form a base, these clouds must oscillate in opposite directions to ensure the stability of the structure.
My comment: The most likely link from the sensory environment to cell type differentiation via quantum unentanglement is the de novo creation of olfactory receptor genes.
De novo gene creation is RNA-mediated and has been referred to as the “holy grail” of biology because it links physics and chemistry to the conserved molecular mechanisms…

5) Re: “…the ability of microbiota to survive in harsh conditions including space.”
If any experimental evidence of biologically-based cause and effect is provided that can be linked to that “ability,” see for comparison: The power of two may help explain brain design https://medicalxpr…ain.html
The power of two is nothing if random mutations link virus-driven genomic entropy to the creation of new species on Earth. However, if the virucidal property of UV light is considered, the power of two links food odor and pheromones from ecological variation to ecological adaptations via RNA-mediated events in species from microbes to humans (on planet Earth).

6) Only via the sensationalism of pseudoscientists doee “Potentially biogenic carbon preserved in a 4.1 billion-year-old zircon” become “Life on Earth likely started 4.1 billion years ago—much earlier than scientists thought”
Theoretical physicists don’t mention “re-evolution” of the bacterial flagellum over the weekend or no change during ~2 billion years in bacteria living in ocean sediments. Evolutionary theorists don’t link theoretical physics to chemistry or to biologically-based differences in cell types. But, in the world of pseudoscientific nonsense anything goes, and is reported in terms of emergence and mutation-driven evolution outside the context of everything required to link atoms to ecosystems.
posted : October 19, 2015 in “Life on Earth likely started 4.1 billion years ago—much earlier than scientists thought”
7) Any report that links amino acid substitutions to cell type differentiation in any species links our accurate representation of molecular epigenetics and RNA-mediated cause and effect from microbes to humans. Anyone who continues to claim that mutations, which ultimately lead to pathology via perturbed protein folding manifested in undifferentiated cell types, is a biologically uninformed science idiot.
Accumulated mutations have already been linked from viruses to the return of differentiated cell types to an undifferentiated state. The accumulation of viral microRNAs is the most likely cause of the return and of all pathology, whether linked to undifferentiated cell types or the accumulation of toxic by-products of metabolism that also is due to misfolded proteins.
I will post a link to this attempt to discuss the latest reassertion of how biologically-based cause and effect is biophysically constrained at https://perfumingthemind.com/ and ongoing updates.

8) In the context of the nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled Tethering of Transposons in species from microbes to man via the conserved molecular mechanisms that prevent virus-driven entropic elasticity from becoming genomic entropy, Earth age does not matter. See: https://www.the-sc…sposons/
If theorists cannot link mutations to the creation of new genes, they have nothing but pseudoscientific nonsense on which to base their base-less claims because the claims must start with energy-dependent changes in base pairs, not mutated genes.
For that reason, Ben Carson may be the next president of the United States, or others will also to comment on the ignorance of neo-Darwinian theorists.
In either case, biologically uninformed science idiots have proved themselves to be nothing more than fools (in the Biblical sense) via the translation in 1 Corinthians https://www.godvin…ns/15-36

9) JvK is desperate off-topic spammer.
I am the founder of RNA-mediated.com and the FB group for discussion of RNA-directed DNA methylation, which links the sun’s biological energy from the de novo creation of light-induced amino acids and RNA-mediated gene duplication to RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions and cell type differentiation via metabolic networks and genetic networks in all living genera.
https://www.faceb…ediated/
https://rna-mediated.com/
JvK is desperate off-topic spammer.
That is the type of claim that can readily be examined via a simple google search.
https://www.googl…mediated
Why don’t biologically uninformed science idiots simply admit they do not know enough about anything to attempt to discuss it on phys.org or any other science site.
