Innovative Neurotechnologies Link Sunlight to Precision Medicine

Brain Research Through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies “…is part of a new Presidential focus aimed at revolutionizing our understanding of the human brain.”
It has been linked to the Presidential focus on Precision Medicine via nutrient-dependent RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions, which are essential to the stability of organized genomes. For example, fixation of amino acid substitutions in the context of the physiology of reproduction is linked to cell type differentiation in all individuals of all species via the conserved molecular mechanisms that link atoms to ecosystems.
The most recent advance in innovative neurotechnology links the experience-dependent de novo creation of olfactory receptor genes to learning and memory in all vertebrates and invertebrates via thermodynamic cycles of protein biosynthesis and degradation. The cycles link the anti-entropic epigenetic effects of the sun’s biological energy to cell type differentiation in flies. They also link metabolic networks to genetic networks in all living genera via nutrient-dependent RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions.

We used syb:spGFP1–10 as a starting point, and introduced mutations to make yellow and cerulean versions using site-directed mutagenesis. For yellow, we introduced the amino-acid changes T65G, V68L, S72A and T203Y²⁶, while for cerulean we used Y66W, S72A, N146I and H148D²⁵ (Fig. 5a–c; and see Supplementary Fig. 6 for details).

My comment: The use of strategies that involve mutagenesis in the context of biophotonics is misleading. Even some serious scientists do not seem to know that RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions are naturally linked from atoms to ecosystems via nutrient uptake and the physiology of reproduction. The substitutions link nutrient-dependent microRNAs to adhesion proteins that protect the organized genomes of all living genera from heat shock.
The problem with reporting cause and effect in experiments that link what is known about biophotonics and thermodynamic cycles of protein biosynthesis and degradation is the failure to link the anti-entropic energy of the sun from the de novo creation of olfactory receptor genes to activity-dependent stability of organized genomes via nutrient uptake and the physiology of reproduction.
The mere mention of the word “mutation” forces biologically uninformed researchers into a trap that typically causes them to report their findings in the context of natural selection and evolution. Fortunately, that is not what has happened in this case.
The results were reported in the context of the sensationalist claim that Neuroscientists now can read the mind of a fly, but without linking mutations from natural selection to evolution of the invertebrate or vertebrate brain.

By reading the fluorescent signals, the researchers could tell if a fly had been in either heat or cold for 10 minutes an entire hour after the sensory event had happened, for example. They also could see that exposure to the scent of a banana activated neural connections in the olfactory system that were different from those activated when the fly smelled jasmine.

My comment: Unfortunately, very few people seem to realize that the biophotonic links integrate food odors and pheromones in the context of nutrient-stress and/or social stress, which are linked to perturbed protein folding and pathology by viruses that steal nutrient energy from cells. The energy from the sun or from food is required to link thermodynamic cycles of protein biosynthesis and degradation to healthy longevity via the ability of the innate immune system of all cell types to suppress the damaging effects of viruses on DNA.
I placed those facts into the context of my model, and the model was presented in less than six minutes in this video.

Nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled ecological adaptations: from atoms to ecosystems

Few people are willing to read extensive reviews whether or not the reviews are published. Like me, most people have short attention spans. Fortunately, in less than 3.5 minutes, other serious scientists presented the information I presented. They did that in this parody.

The only thing missing from the parody is the link from the sun’s biological energy to their atoms to ecosystems representation or to my atoms to ecosystems representation of everything currently known about RNA-mediated cell type differentiation in all living genera.
The sun’s anti-entropic virucidal energy has gone missing from all models of cell type differentiation since the time that Schrodinger first linked sunlight from negative entropy to life in What is Life? Instead of linking Darwin’s “conditions of life” to biophysically constrained nutrient-dependent RNA-mediated protein folding, neo-Darwinian theorists have linked the pseudoscientific nonsense of their claims about mutations and natural selection to evolution.
For example, they reported the weekend evolution of the bacterial flagellum in the context of mutations instead of the nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction that links the morphological and behavioral phenotypes of species from microbes to man via RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions.

Nutrient stress forced the bacteria to re-evolve their flagella via RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions that were fixed in their organized genomes via the physiology of their reproduction. Nutrient stress and social stress perturb the molecular mechanisms of ecological adaptations and allow viruses to perturb protein folding chemistry which is what links viral microRNAs to all pathology.
I’ve said this before: The ignorance of evolutionary theorists is linked to all pathology because they know nothing about cell type differentiation. That is why they claim it occurs via mutations and natural selection. Simply put, most of them are biologically uninformed science idiots who will never see the reality of light-induced RNA-mediated cell type differentiation.
