Energy-dependent fluorescence in supercoiled DNA

A slide was posted by Larry Kisner Sr. to “The Battlefield” group with comments that may or may not be his. He refused to provide a source for the slide until after I had been banned from the closed group. He claimed it came from one of Mark Armitage’s powerpoint slides. Mark Armitage did not respond to my request for the slide.
Excerpt from the caption: “The auto-fluorescence property of these cells indicates they have not yet fossilized.
My question: Why is that a secret?

The most obvious answer: Natural DNA fluorescence compared to “auto-fluorescence” pits young earth creationists against old earth creationists. That’s also what withholding information about the slide does.
In the context of my model natural fluorescence is an accurate representation of energy-dependent biologically-based cause and effect. It links the nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled weekend resurrection of the bacterial flagellum to all energy-dependent RNA-mediated cell type differentiation in all living genera.
The fossil record supposedly represents millions of years of evolution. Naturally fluorescent DNA attests to the fact that the fossil record is useless in that context.
I asked: Is autofluorescence common due to chemoautotropic changes that link physics and chemistry to biologically-based cause and effect in the context of chemosynthesis and symbiogeneis during niche construction and homeostasis controlled by chemical ecology in all living genera? If so, why don’t you support my model of chemical ecology? If not, what are you trying to claim in your pictorial?
We will soon see what Larry Kisner Sr., and Mark Armitage try to claim, if — as I suspect — the nonsense of the fossil record has been dismissed later this evening.

IHC testing utilizes antibodies that react against a particular protein. If the protein is present, the antibodies bind to small regions of the protein and indicate where the protein is located in the tissue.

Calibration of the observable preservation that is based on the weekend resurrection of the bacterial flagellum in P. fluorescens might be all that is required to end the pseudoscinentific nonsense about mutation-driven evolution that’s been touted by biologically uniformed theorists.

Everybody has overlooked this effect because nobody asked the right question,” said Backman…. “It sounds cliché, but you get the answer to the question you ask. When we actually asked the right question, we got a very different answer than expected.”

The problem for YEC is that having answers to the right questions means that they failed to ask them. That’s as embarrassing to young earth creationists as neo-Darwinian theory has become to atheists.
