Chirality is reality

By: James V. Kohl | Published on: January 3, 2017

I was banned from commenting on phys.org posts about a year ago, but recently found I could post to their FB page. This forces their “science” journalists to fight against the accurate representations of biologically-based cause and effect. Here’s an example of how they scrambled to defend their .org domain after my series of ~ 40 posts on chirality culminated with this one from January 1, 2017:

Energy-dependent chirality (2)

They linked light-induced changes in gamma oscillations (20-50 Hz) to pathology via levels of amyloid-beta (Abeta)1-40 and Abeta 1-42 isoforms in the context of energy-dependent changes in the onset of plaque formation and cognitive decline in the mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease.

We may not want to believe that we have much in common with bacteria-eating worms but this research could influence how we study and understand human touch, digestion, cancer, wound healing, cellular division and differentiation, and, likely, much more.

The molecular mechanisms of nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled transgnerational epigenetic inheritance include the link from the anti-entropic virucidal force of sunlight to chirality and all aspects of biodiversity in all living genera. In nematodes, a change in diet is linked from differences in hydrogen-atom transfer in DNA base pairs to RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions that differentiate the morphological and behavioral phenotypes of C. elegans compared to P. pacificus, a predatory nematode with teeth.
They linked Biblical Genesis from 1) the de novo creation of anti-entropic vircudal light to 2) chirality, which links 3) the speed of light 4) on contact with water from the 5) de novo creation of G protein coupled receptors and 6) all energy-dependent biodiversity via 7) the innate immune system, 8) autophagy, 9) the physiology of reproduction, and 10) supercoiled DNA, which 11) protects all organized genomes from 12) virus-driven energy theft and 13) genomic entropy.

Two epigenetic traps are required to link hydrogen-atom transfer in DNA base pairs in solution to the energy-dependent physiology of pheromone-controlled reproduction, which makes it unlikely that the traps automagically emerged and more unlikely that any species has ever evolved from any other species via mutations and natural selection. Instead, the epigenetic traps make it perfectly clear that evolutionary theorists and “big bang” cosmologists know nothing about energy-dependent biophysically constrained RNA-mediated cell type differentiation.
That fact may explain why Pence wants the students in public schools to be taught how ecological variation must be linked to ecological adaptation via everything known to physicists, chemists, and biologists who have linked what is known about molecular epigenetics from energy-dependent changes in angstroms to ecosystems in all living genera.
If we raise another generation of students who are biologically uninformed, some human populations in the USA might as well agree to be the naturally selected victims of the forthcoming viral apocalypse. The 1918 Spanish flu will be remembered as the harbinger of ignorance that led to the suffering and death of millions, mostly in the cities of the USA because that’s where the panic and riots will start.
You’ve read about this in books (Arrowsmith, 1925) and seen the movies. Prepare yourself for the reality of energy-dependent chirality. It’s the First Law that everyone must eventually accept.
It would be great if that fact was taught in public schools instead of teaching students to believe in pseudoscientific nonsense.

For comparison, the phys.org news about MB Goodman’s work was not placed into the context of this published work: Molecules empowering animals to sense and respond to temperature in changing environments
Abstract:

Adapting behavior to thermal cues is essential for animal growth and survival. Indeed, each and every biological and biochemical process is profoundly affected by temperature and its extremes can cause irreversible damage. Hence, animals have developed thermotransduction mechanisms to detect and encode thermal information in the nervous system and acclimation mechanisms to finely tune their response over different timescales. While temperature-gated TRP channels are the best described class of temperature sensors, recent studies highlight many new candidates, including ionotropic and metabotropic receptors. Here, we review recent findings in vertebrate and invertebrate models, which highlight and substantiate the role of new candidate molecular thermometers and reveal intracellular signaling mechanisms implicated in thermal acclimation at the behavioral and cellular levels.

Taylor Kubota wrote:

Adding to Goodman’s previous research on how neurons process the sensation of touch, this technique could also enhance our understanding of the forces involved in sensing the world around us. “More detail about how we experience touch could inform the translation of touch into non-biological systems, like prosthetics,” Goodman said.

Introduction:

Molecular chirality is strongly related to biological function. For example, when a chiral molecule such as a protein loses its original chirality, it can become toxic to cells – a process that has been suggested as one of the underlying causes of many diseases including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, and type II diabetes.1

They linked the loss of energy-dependent chirality to neurodegenerative diseases without mentioning virus-driven energy theft.

So far, Dionne’s lab has made the nanoparticles, Goodman’s worms have successfully eaten the high-tech snack and the researchers have taken static images of the nanoparticles inside the worms. The next step is to capture the dynamic emission of the nanoparticles over time, which will reveal the changes in force the particles undergo during digestion.

The ” the changes in force” link the sun’s anti-entropic virucidal energy from metabolic networks to genetic networks via changes in base pairs that link natural selection for codon optimality from the biological energy of the sun to all biodiversity via nutrient energy-dependent RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions in supercoiled DNA. The substitutions link the sun’s energy to the de novo creation of G protein-coupled receptors, which link energy-dependent changes in chemotaxis and phototaxis from metabolic networks to genetic networks in all living genera. Chemotaxis and phototaxis are required for finding food and identifying conspecifics. The identification of conspecifics in P. pacificus prevents them from cannibalizing organisms of the same species. When other sources of nutrition become unavailable predatory nematodes can survive by eating C. elegans.

Pristionchus and other diplogastrid nematodes carry living bacteria in the gut, and they gain energy from organismic interactions during bacterial feeding (Rae et al., 2008). Together, the extended feeding repertoire of P. pacificus has resulted in a gain of structures in the anterior and in a loss in the posterior pharynx.

The gain in energy can be linked from hydrogen-atom transfer in DNA base pairs in solution to amino acid substitutions in supercoiled DNA and chromosomal rearrangements that differentiate vertebrate species.

Nutrient energy-dependent autophagy links the innate immune system from supercoiled DNA to all biodiversity via chromosomal inheritance in the context of the physiology of reproduction. That fact has been known since the time of the 1933 Nobel Prizes awarded to Thomas Morgan Hunt (Physiology or Medicine) and to Schrodinger/Dirac (Physics).

Two fixed differences among 597 amino acids drive a Val73Ile and Ala552Thr (valine to alanine) polymorphism in ZAL2m that distinguish its morphological and behavioral phenotype from ZAL2.

See for contrast: Vice President Mike Pence Wants the Bible Taught As Science

…Pence is renowned for rejecting science, particularly evolutionary science, and claims the first 26 verses in the Christian bible are the only “rational explanation” any human being needs to understand the world. Pence hates science nearly as much as he hates America’s secularism…

See for comparison: Impact of MicroRNA Levels, Target-Site Complementarity, and Cooperativity on Competing Endogenous RNA-Regulated Gene Expression

…we assumed that (1) molecular species are well mixed within the cytosol and their concentrations are not influenced by cell growth and division; (2) each mRNA and miRNA is produced at a constant rate, and unbound mRNAs and miRNAs undergo constant first-order decay; (3) upon association with a miRNA, the mRNA degradation rate increases, regardless of the site type; and (4) miRNA binding is reversible, and upon miRNA dissociation the mRNA degradation rate reverts to its original value. We also assumed that the Michaelis constant (KM) describing mRNA degradation with respect to the miRNA-mRNA complex is well approximated by the complex dissociation constant (KD), and that both bound and unbound mRNA are translated.

It seems likely that Pence may hate the ignorance expressed as the pseudoscientific nonsense of assumptions in articles like this. If he hated science, he would not facilitate teaching students how to link the creation of the sun’s anti-entropic virucidal energy to all biodiversity via the physiology of reproduction.

…learning about evolution is not the primary function of the decision, but rather to use it as a building block for students to learn more about their ecology.

If it was not too late to start teaching the nonsense of evolutionary theory in Israeli middle schools (2014), it may not be too late to start teaching the facts about energy-dependent chirality and creation in schools in the USA, in 2017.
