MicroRNA biogenesis, the microRNAome, and your brainome

By: James V. Kohl | Published on: June 20, 2018

Conclusion: By the time the most brilliant minds present their works on energy-dependent life, there will be more than 75,000 published works that link quantized energy-dependent microRNA biogenesis to biophysically constrained viral latency. The same published works (1000 for each year) link the theories of pseudoscientists to all pathology.

…a basic understanding of… biogenesis, function, localization, conservation… is necessary… to find a clinical application for these new molecules [that were discovered in the early 1990s.]

The idea that any new molecules exist defies common sense.

..the miRNA profile of mature ejaculated sperm may in fact have downstream consequences upon embryonic development. The potential for sperm miRNA affecting zygote development has recently been reported in the literature [18] and has interesting implications for the use of sperm miRNA profiles as indicators of potential male fertility.

It is obvious to all serious scientists that the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA is linked to what will be reported in the context of the “Brainome.”
See: Analyzing the Human Brainome to Understand Alzheimer’s Disease Development pathogenesis

From a set of ~ 5.2 million SNPs, ~15,000 transcripts and ~2000 peptides a small subset of targets was discovered that are computationally predicted to be crucial to disease processes…

Virus-driven energy theft has been linked to all disease processes via changes in SNPs and microRNA-mediated amino acid substitutions in peptides. (A peptide is a compound consisting of two or more amino acids.)
Food odors and pheromones biophysically constrain all virus-driven pathology, including the pathology of neurodegenerative diseases via epigenetic effects on the microRNA-mediated creation of fixed amino acid substitutions in the context of feedback loops.

Tumor necrosis factor-alpha did not create itself. The fact that it was created by the virus-driven theft of quantized energy links biophysically constrained viral latency to healthy longevity in all living genera. More than 800 indexed works link the quantized energy-dependent creation of microRNAs to healthy longevity or to tumor necrosis factor-alpha and other factors that are linked from the virus-driven theft of quantized energy to all pathology.
What serious scientists know about microRNAs has been placed into the context of a game for ages 10+ that teaches people how to protect themselves from all virus-driven pathology.

…the term pheromone can be applied legitimately in research concerning human olfaction. In short this lack of a critical approach undermines the validity of the book’s contents. However it should be remembered that this book is aimed at a general audience, and as a result the authors may have felt it inappropriate to address the debates within olfaction research for such an audience. For a more academic consideration of the field by the authors, I would recommend Kohl’s more recent review paper (Kohl et al, 2001), which addresses the issues outlined above.

The debates have not changed since 1995.  See Kohl et al, (2001): Human pheromones: integrating neuroendocrinology and ethology
Without the link from the quantized energy-dependent creation of microRNAs, there is no way to integrate what is known to all serious scientists about neuroendocrinology, ethology, and all other aspects of biophysically constrained life on Earth.  All life on Earth is quantized energy-dependent because the energy biophysically constrains viral latency.
Earlier today, I sent several signed copies of The Scent of Eros: Mysteries of Odor in Human Sexuality (first edition) to relatives who can learn how to protect their children from the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA and all pathology. Alternatively, they may continue to ignore my life’s works in the context of the copies of the game “Cytosis” that I sent with the copies of the book.
Obviously, I cannot change how most people react when they learn the truth about how viral latency is biophysically constrained. I can, however, help to teach family members to stop ignoring the truth. For example, only one of them ever asked “What’s an amino acid?”
He has since learned the difference between a mutation and fixation of an amino acid substitution, but only after he nearly died from the virus-driven degradation of his gut microbiome. His physicians failed to diagnose Crohn’s disease before he reached the age of 60.

Feedback loops link quantized energy as information to biophysically constrained RNA-mediated protein folding chemistry. Light induced energy-dependent changes link angstroms to ecosystems from classical physics to chemistry/chirality and to molecular epigenetics/autophagy.

Remember this: Nobody wants to belong to the party of losers. One of the best strategies in such a case is evidently an interpretation of the change as a gradual accumulation of knowledge while their work has always been at the cutting edge. — Kalevi Kull

Small intranuclear proteins also participate in generating alternative splicing techniques of pre-mRNA and, by this mechanism, contribute to sexual differentiation in at least two species, Drosophila melanogaster and Caenorhabditis elegans (Adler and Hajduk, 1994; de Bono, Zarkower, and Hodgkin, 1995; Ge, Zuo, and Manley, 1991; Green, 1991; Parkhurst and Meneely, 1994; Wilkins, 1995; Wolfner, 1988). That similar proteins perform functions in humans suggests the possibility that some human sex differences may arise from alternative splicings of otherwise identical genes.

Energy-dependent cell type differentiatikon of all cell types is RNA-mediated. The only thing new about alternative splicings and RNA-mediated cell type differentiation is use of the term microRNA to replace the term pre-mRNA. Changing the terms used helps the losers continue to tout their nonsense about neo-Darwinian evolution and Big Bang cosmology.
Thank God, the losers are nearly finished losing, and they know it.

In 1943, Erwin Schrödinger gave three public lectures entitled ‘What is Life?’ at Trinity College Dublin.

Following their publication, these lectures had a tremendous influence on the development of molecular biology.

The 75th anniversary of these lectures will be celebrated with an unprecedented gathering of some of the most brilliant minds working in biology today, including six Nobel Laureates.

By the time the most brilliant minds present their works on quantized energy-dependent life, there will be more than 75,000 published works that link quantized energy-dependent microRNA biogenesis to biophysically constrained viral latency. The same published works link the theories of pseudoscientists to all pathology.
See for comparison: Why Social Science Needs Evolutionary Theory

Applying evolutionary theory to social science has the potential to transform education and, through it, society. For example, evolutionary perspectives can help social scientists understand, and eventually address, common social problems.

Social science is pseudoscience. Pseudoscientists have nothing left but their ridiculous theories. That’s all they’ve ever had.
