Screaming Viruses and Alzheimer’s (2)

RNA editing of the human herpesvirus 8 kaposin transcript eliminates its transforming activity and is induced during lytic replication (2007)

These results suggest that RNA editing controls the function of one segment of the kaposin transcript, such that it has transforming activity during latent replication and possibly another, as-yet-undetermined, function during lytic replication.

The facts about quantized energy-dependent RNA-mediated editing and DNA repair were linked to latent replication in “Cytosis.”

A board game taking place inside a human cell! Players compete to build enzymes, hormones and receptors and fend off attacking Viruses!

The building of enzymes, hormones, and receptors the fend off attacking viruses is quantized energy-dependent and RNA-mediated. That is why naturally occurring RNA-guided human genome engineering was predicted to replace the CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing technology.

… the enzyme is Cas9 or modified Cas9 or a homolog of Cas9. According to one aspect, the RNA includes between about 10 to about 250 nucleotides. According to one aspect, the RNA includes between about 20 to about 100 nucleotides.

All serious scientists, especially those who expect to make billions of dollars by patenting naturally occurring RNA-mediated gene editing, which biophysically constrains viral latency, have been forced to report what they know in the context of the: Analysis of shared heritability in common disorders of the brain 22 Jun 2018

CONCLUSION
The high degree of genetic correlation among many of the psychiatric disorders adds further evidence that their current clinical boundaries do not reflect distinct underlying pathogenic processes, at least on the genetic level. This suggests a deeply interconnected nature for psychiatric disorders, in contrast to neurological disorders, and underscores the need to refine psychiatric diagnostics.

“The tradition of drawing these sharp lines when patients are diagnosed probably doesn’t follow the reality, where mechanisms in the brain might cause overlapping symptoms,” Neale said.

“The integrated findings of this study suggest that AD biology is impacted by a complex constellation of viral and host factors acting across different timescales and physiological systems,” they wrote. “This includes host mucosal defense and modulation of innate immune response by virus and host.”

The fact that all brain pathology has consistently been linked from the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA to all other pathology in all living genera has been obfuscated by the language researchers and so-called science journalists use to obfuscate the facts about microRNA-mediated healthy longevity for comparison to virus-driven pathology.
Sam Gandy and Joel T. Dudley are featured in this video: Mount Sinai Researchers Find High Levels of Herpesvirus in Alzheimer’s Disease Brain (video)
They may pretend not to know that all serious scientists have exposed what is known about all energy-dependent RNA-mediated biophysically constrained virus-driven pathology in publications like this: Dysregulation of miRNA-9 in a Subset of Schizophrenia Patient-Derived Neural Progenitor Cells, which was co-authored by Joel T. Gandy.

Unexpectedly, proteomic- and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq)-based analysis revealed that these effects were mediated primarily by small changes in expression of indirect miR-9 targets rather than large changes in direct miR-9 targets; these indirect targets are enriched for migration-associated genes.

Neuroendocrine prostate cancer (NEPC) is an aggressive and treatmentresistant form of prostate cancer. A subset of patients treated with aggressive androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) present with NEPC. Patients with NEPC have a reduced 5-year overall survival rate of 12.6%. Knowledge integration from genetic, epigenetic, biochemical and therapeutic studies suggests NEPC as an indicative mechanism of resistance development to various forms of therapy.

It should be obvious that people like Joel T. Dudley understand that the link from quantized energy-as-information to biophysically constrained viral latency and healthy longevity is clear. It should be equally obvious that some researchers are motivated by profitability to prevent or to obfuscate the dissemination of accurate information about how to prevent the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA that has been linked from mutations to all pathology.

…we present an overview of synthesis and function of miRNAs and an update on the current state of research on host-encoded miRNAs in the genesis of viral infectious diseases in their natural animal host as well as in selected in vivo and in vitro laboratory models.

The importance of learning about the microRNA-mediated host response to viral infections is clear. Everyone can learn how to protect themselves from the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA that links mutations to all pathology.

A feature of an educated person is to realize what they do not know. Sadly, you don’t know that you have an incorrect understanding [of] Darwinian biological evolution.
Jay R. Feierman: I am absolutely certain that if you showed this statement to any professor of biology or genetics in any accredited university anywhere in the world that 100% of them would say that “Random mutations are the substrate upon which directional natural selection acts” is a correct and true statement.
