The tipping point (revisited): 77,000 publications

Summary: There were 19,000 fewer published works 19 months ago, but all of them linked light-activated microRNA biogenesis from viral latency to all biodiversity via Darwin’s “conditions of life” and the physiology of reproduction.

Day 2 ended on Sep 6, 2018. Pseudoscientists and other theorists who presented failed to link light-activated microRNA biogenesis in cyanobacteria from from the production of oxygen by bacteria and the creation of uranium isotopes to biophysically constrained viral latency via the physiology of pheromone-controlled reproduction.

…approximately 800 GnRH neurons communicate with approximately 50,000 neurons in 53 functionally diverse brain areas, with some connections exhibiting sexual dimorphism. These studies reveal a complex interplay between reproduction and other functions in which GnRH neurons appear to integrate information from multiple sources and modulate a variety of brain functions.

In my model, the feedback loops are energy-dependent and the energy comes from the sun. For instance, the anti-entropic virucidal effect of ultraviolet light and all other frequencies of energy-dependent signal transmission of information are essential links from microRNA biogenesis in unicellular algae to microRNA biogenesis in plants and to microRNA biogenesis in mammals.
For comparison, on Sep 6, 2018 Michael Rosbash claimed that circadian rhythms arose multiple time in evolution. Supposedly, the oldest clock is found cyanobacteria that oxygenate the atmosphere. After George Church et al., patented naturally occurring RNA interference, he told others the facts about light-activated carbon fixation in bacteria the produce uranium ores and the bacteria that produce oxygen.
The theft of quantized energy by cyanophages has since been linked to all pathology. See: Church Speaks

The cyanobacteria fix [carbon via] light as well or better than land plants. Under ideal circumstances, they can be maybe seven to ten times more productive per photon.

Light-tracking in Brugmansia is the link across kingdoms from soil bacteria to primates.
For example, the immature plant (1) tracks the light in the context of microRNA biogenesis and the mature scent-producing plant (2) stands straight up despite the added weight of the flower.

Facts about how light-activated microRNA biogenesis in Brugmansia biophysically constrains viral latency refute every aspect of neo-Darwinian pseudoscientific nonsense and Big Bang cosmology.

…these results identify a regulatory mechanism enabling herpesviruses to sustain expression despite transient activation signals—akin to early electronic transistors—and expose a potential target for therapeutic intervention.

Significance

How biological systems robustly sustain differentiated states is under active study. Here, we find that human cytomegalovirus, a herpesvirus that is a major cause of birth defects, encodes a transcriptional positive-feedback loop that temporally extends transient activation signals carried in the incoming viral particle to sustain the viral lytic expression cycle. Attenuation of this feedback loop severely impacts virus fitness, suggesting a new antiviral target that may extend to other herpesviruses.

Reported as: Scientists find a new way to attack herpesviruses

Our findings uncover a circuit encoded by the virus that controls its fate and indicate that such circuits may be quite common in viruses.

The circuit is energy-dependent and the quantized energy in food biophysically constrains the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA that links mutations from herpes viruses and other viruses to all pathology.

Remarkably, no previous study has quantified the camouflage of peppered moths, or related this to survival against predators in controlled experiments.

Now, after publication of facts about how Olfaction Warps Visual Time Perception, bird watchers and butterfly collectors want you to continue to believe that Darwin’s conditions of food energy-dependent pheromone-controlled reproduction in species from microbes to mammals can be placed back into the context of natural selection for beneficial mutations.
Pseudoscientists are not going to accept the fact that Wen Zhou’s group linked the physiology of pheromone-controlled reproduction in soil bacteria to our visual perception of mass and energy in the context of the space-time continuum.
