Summary: “The resulting genomes can reveal a pathogen’s most intimate evolutionary secrets.”
Is Kathryn Holt the enemy? She portrays the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA in the context of evolutionary secrets without telling anyone about how the Virus-mediated archaeal hecatomb in the deep seafloor has been linked to the hecatombic evolution of all pathology, including the degradation of messenger RNA that links mutations to Zika virus-damaged DNA.

Reported in the context of magic as: The alchemy of healing: researchers turn open wounds into skin

When the team topically treated skin ulcers on mice with the four factors, the ulcers grew healthy skin (known as epithelia) within 18 days. Over time, the epithelia expanded and connected to the surrounding skin, even in large ulcers. At three and six months later, the generated cells behaved like healthy skin cells in a number of molecular, genetic and cellular tests.

The best that wound care had to offer was linked to scar tissue after stitches on my leg broke twice. After the second time, I was left with an open wound for about 6 weeks until everything humanly possible was done to epigenetically effect healing without a skin graft.

In his presentation during Schrodinger at 75, Ben Feringa placed that claim into the context of scratch repair. The opening lets light come in and the scratch on the finger repairs itself. He also mentioned and/or commented on:

  • Our inability to build the bacterial flagellum
  • Feynman’s claims from 1959  about plenty of information at the bottom
  • Light-activated rotation of a carbon-carbon molecule in the context of our visual perception.
  • Mother Nature’s self-assembly of molecules with differences of 3 nanometers
  • Light-activated protein chemistry and photopharmacology
  • Red light-activated switchable antibiotics
  • Bacterial quorum sensing (communication)
  • Rewiring the brain
  • Molecular motion
  • Autophagy: The body is efficient at recycling
  • The body takes advantage of chirality in the context of the creation of amino acids, which are the signature of life
  • He has no idea where homochirality on Earth comes from
  • He knows that light is fuel
  • Bonds break and rotation occurs in the context of light
  • Artificial muscle bends with the light
  • He understands the role of chemistry as a molecular information science
  • He cited a paper on directed evolution via silicon bonds (C-Si) bonds in proteins
  • He linked the origin of homochirality to the origin of life prior to Darwinian evolution, which he placed into the context of chembiogenesis
  • He understands the role of glucose as fuel and the role nanorobots may play in DNA repair in the future
  • He attempted to inspire the next generation with the claim that others should “imagine the unimaginable,” which he placed into the context of light -activated microRNA biogenesis and wound healing via the healing of a scratch on the skin.

Summary: He linked quantum physics from chemistry to quantum souls in the context of biophysically constrained viral latency.

Watch for a report in The Irish Times on Ben Feringa’s conference presentation. If you don’t see one, it is because he refuted every aspect of neo-Darwinian nonsense and Big Bang cosmology in one fell swoop (quickly and with no mercy).

“This could be taken into the jungle to sequence Zika or Ebola virus or into clinics or hospitals,” she said. “The resulting genomes can reveal a pathogen’s most intimate evolutionary secrets.”

See for comparison: Zika virus strips immune cells of their identity

“We were surprised at just how different infected and uninfected cells looked, in terms of the genes they had turned on or off, even two cells next to each other,” Glass said. “What’s amazing is that even though they are exposed to the same environment, their responses are completely different. And now we know those differences are truly due to the virus, not any of the other events going on around the cells during an immune response.”

Human herpes viruses strip people of their ability to identify others.

Three articles have very recently appeared that are of especial relevance to the causes of dementia and its potential treatment.

These articles provide the first population evidence for a causal link between herpes virus infection and senile dementia.
