Summary: The conserved molecular mechanisms  of circadian rhythms and estrogen receptor polymorphisms are linked to all energy-dependent polymorphisms via the creation of sunlight, which is the anti-entropic force that Schrodinger (1944) linked to the creation of all life on Earth via the physiology of reproduction.

‘Star Wars Resistance’ Actor Rachel Butera’s Twitter Account Deleted After She Ridiculed Christine Blasey Ford’s Voice

“I just have this kind of a voice, like a baby, even though I’m a doctor and I’m on this media circus, political stage, and I have kids myself, that I don’t know why I speak with vocal fry,” Butera continued. “But you can listen to my testimony and hear that a grown woman sounds this way.”

New meaning has been added to the Bible-based context of becoming like children via the use of a child-like voice in attempts to convince others of her credibility as an accuser.

In that context, I was about to ridicule the NY Times coverage of the 2018 Nobel Prize winners in Physiology or Medicine, Physics, and Chemistry. I’m having second thoughts about adding any more ridicule in the context of the ridicule in this parody. I could lose my social media accounts, which could be as effective as an execution. Should I risk it?

The “vocal fry” exemplified by Christine Blasey Ford is also “All about that base.”  Energy-dependent changes in base pairs have been linked from the creation of all molecules, such as enzymes, to all morphological and behavioral phenotypes by all serious scientists.

But see: Nobel Prize in Chemistry Is Awarded to 3 Scientists for Using Evolution in Design of Molecules

The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences said the scientists had managed to harness the power of evolution in test tubes. Enzymes produced through directed evolution are used to manufacture everything from biofuels to medical treatments. Phage display has produced antibodies that can neutralize toxins, counteract autoimmune diseases and even cure metastatic cancer.

“This year’s Nobel Laureates in chemistry have been inspired by the power of evolution and used the same principles — genetic change and selection — to develop proteins that solve mankind’s chemical problems,” the academy said in documents explaining the prizes.

The principles of enzyme-linked evolution are not genetic change and selection. Genetic change and selection have only been linked to the virus-driven hecatombic evolution of pathology, not to the evolution of enzymes. Food energy, for comparison, has been linked from the creation of enzymes to biophysically constrained viral latency and polycombic ecological adaptations.

Reports that link evolution to the design of molecules, such as enzymes, and the cure or effective treatment of cancer, fail to mention that the creation of enzymes is energy-dependent and biophysically constrained by the physiology of reproduction and the transgenerational epigenetic inheritance of all morphological and behavioral phenotypes.

For contrast, see the claims for ages 10+ in the cell biology game “Cytosis.”

Players take turns placing workers on available organelles within a human cell in order to collect resources (such as Carbohydrates or ATP!) or take actions (such as purchasing Cell Component cards or translating mRNA into Proteins!)

Players use their resources to build Enzymes, Hormones, and Hormone Receptors and also to help detoxify the cell – all of which score health points. The player with the most health points at the end of the game wins!

The resources are used to protect cell types from the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA, which all serious scientists have linked from mutations to all pathology.

Ages 10+ can link the claims from game “Subatomic” to light-activated microRNA biogenesis and to biophysically constrained viral latency and healthy longevity in species from microbes and plants to mammals.

Historical perspective: Jacques Dubochet, Joachim Frank and Richard Henderson won the 2017 Chemistry Nobel for helping other serious scientists decipher processes within cells that were previously invisible. Their works led to a better understanding of biophysically constrained viral latency in viruses like Zika.  Simply put, they developed a new way to assemble precise three-dimensional (3D) images of biological molecules like proteins, DNA and RNA.

The 3D imaging links the claims from 2015 in Inching toward the 3D genome (January 2, 2015) to all biodiversity.

For example, researchers learned that the same set of microRNAs controls expression of the genes for rate-limiting enzymes that control the hormone production of different hormones in insects and crustaceans. Links across species and across kingdoms from the epigenetic landscape to the physical landscape of supercoiled DNA in the 3D structure of organized genomes have their origins in the conserved molecular mechanisms of RNA-directed DNA methylation and biophysically constrained energy-dependent RNA-mediated protein folding chemistry.

Traditionally, insect and crustacean scientists have taken different approaches, even when they have studied similar problems. Now they are exploring the consequences of the new family tree, and last week at a special symposium of the annual meeting of the Society for Integrative and Comparative Biology [SICB], researchers reported new parallels between these two very successful groups of animals and new insights about what it took for an ancient crustacean to give rise to insects.

Two weeks after the publication that refuted ideas about independently evolved neural systems or muscle specification — and claims that may have refuted everything about the independent evolution of anything else — SICB presenters linked the light energy-dependent creation of enzymes from crustaceans to insects via their pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction in the context of claims from 1994.

A study of the influence of pheromone stressor(s) on proliferating germ and somatic cells was performed on laboratory lines of house mouse in the context of the physiological hypothesis of mutation process, proposed by M.E. Lobashev in 1947. Data from experiments are presented, and results obtained during last 10-15 years are discussed. The adaptive role of cytogenetic and other observed pheromonal effects is considered. The possible existence of interorganism systems of genetic regulation is discussed, the search for and study of which may help in more complete understanding of the regularities of functioning of genetic material.

“I’ve always been interested in speciation and how species form, but this is a whole different mechanism, that light can influence speciation,” Ellis says. “I thought it was just fabulous.”

The effect of sunlight on speciation links the physiology of pheromone-controlled reproduction from biophysically constrained viral latency to all biodiversity in species from microbes to humans. That fact is a fabulous refutation of neo-Darwinian pseudoscientific nonsense and all evolutionary theories.

Because steroids are known to persist in hair for decades and even centuries, it remains possible that not only can much be learned about the recent history of present whales, but also that of ancient whales from preserved baleen plates.

What organisms eat has been linked to sympatric speciation in whales. See: Tracking niche variation over millennial timescales in sympatric killer whale lineages

Ecological variation is the raw material by which natural selection can drive evolutionary divergence [1–4].

The differences in amino acid composition among different tissues can lead to large differences in trophic discrimination [38].

Black Widow Spider Venom Unveiled: The Fast Evolution of a Potent Toxin (December 26, 2014)

The fast appearance of multiple latrotoxins probably allowed the spiders to pursue a variety of prey items, including the small mammals and reptiles that widow spiders might not otherwise be able to eat. It’s even possible that the widow spider’s web changed along with the venom, becoming stronger to keep a hold on these larger prey.

They linked sympatric speciation from spider venom to to functional structure of spider webs via what the spiders eat.
Braving the Cold to Understand What Makes Squirrels Tick (December 26, 2014)

A slew of human health issues, such as certain cancers and cardiovascular diseases, can be traced back to dysfunctional internal clocks. Perhaps research into what makes animals tick can help us to tick better.

The light-activated microRNA biogenesis of plants in linked from what organism eat to the physiology of reproduction by biophysically constrained energy-dependent cycles of protein folding chemistry. The light is what makes organisms tick in the context of circadian rhythms.
Hormonal Similarity Makes Happy Couples (December 26, 2014)

The reason why pairs became more similar is still an open question. One idea is that, since corticosterone is related to how often the adults feed the nestlings, male and female great tits might become more coordinated in their parental efforts as time goes on, resulting in similar corticosterone levels.

The idea that corticosterone is related to how often the adults feed the nestlings has been linked from chromosomal rearrangements to similarities and differences in white-throated sparrows via two amino acid substitutions.
See: Estrogen receptor α polymorphism in a species with alternative behavioral phenotypes (January 13, 2014)

Two fixed differences among 597 amino acids drive a Val73Ile and Ala552Thr (valine to alanine) polymorphism in ZAL2m that distinguish its morphological and behavioral phenotype from ZAL2. The behavioral phenotype is most closely associated with estrogen receptor 1 (ESR1), which is the gene that encodes estrogen receptor alpha (ERa).

The conserved molecular mechanisms  of circadian rhythms and estrogen receptor polymorphisms are linked to all energy-dependent polymorphisms via God’s creation of sunlight, which is the anti-entropic force that Schrodinger (1944) linked to the creation of all life on Earth via the physiology of reproduction.

I’m beginning to think that God-less Communists and other atheists or agnostics will do anything and use anyone to advance their religion, which they do not think is a religion because no miracles are involved. Their ignorance is no miracle because it was prophesied, but still — I wonder who else but God could have predicted it would lead to the next viral apocalypse. Also, why doesn’t that scare the hell out of God-less Communists who have seen it coming?

The report on the work of these so-called “chemists” is misleading if they are evolutionary theorists. If they are serious scientists, their work should be linked from light-activated microRNA biogenesis to biophysically constrained viral latency and the physiology of reproduction via the works of the 2018 Nobel Laureates in Physiology or Medicine, and the 2018 Nobel Laureates in Physics and all other Nobel Laureates from the hard sciences since 1973, when the award for Physiology or Medicine was given to “bird watchers.”

…evolutionary science has now “moved on to such an extent” that she and Peter Saunders don’t really care anymore about “trying to convince the neo-Darwinists.”

James Kohl The creation of photons with differences in energy levels was the first miracle I learned about from reading Biblical Genesis and this research report. OLYMPUS experiment sheds light on structure of protons
“…two photons are indeed exchanged during electron-proton interactions.
However, unlike the theoretical predictions, analysis of the OLYMPUS measurements suggests that, most of the time, only one of the photons has high energy, while the other must carry very little energy…”
If you were going to link the creation of biophotonic energy from the proton motive force to all biophysically constrained biodiversity on Earth via the potential of hydrogen (pH), hydrogen-atom transfer in DNA base pairs in solution, RNA-mediated DNA repair and the physiology of reproduction in species from microbes to mammals, where would you start?
Wait, let me guess. You would start with mutations and evolution, wouldn’t you?
