Light-activated microRNA biogenesis links the creation of endogenous substrates, e.g.,  “endogenous gene sequences” in all cell types of all living genera to protection from endogenous retroviruses via what is known to all serious scientists about the Virus-mediated archaeal hecatomb in the deep seafloor.
Virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA is linked to “endogenous depression” via the stress-activated changes in endogenous substrates.
Neo-Darwinian theorists include biologists who are masquerading as psychiatrists who have ignored facts about stress-linked changes and disordered thought processes since the time that Darwin placed his “conditions of life” before natural selection. I placed Darwin’s “conditions of life” into the context of a joke played on all theorists via my claims about Kohl’s “Laws of Biology” in Nutrient-dependent Pheromone-Controlled Ecological Adaptations: From Angstroms to Ecosystems. I linked the “Laws of Biology/”conditions of life” from the mouse-to-human model of biophysically constrained viral latency and all biodiversity via the EDAR V370A allele in a refutation of all gene-centric theories.

Among the 63 complex elements we observe in rice, we can explain the origin of fourteen complex elements by the new model. Although the new mechanism that our study proposed can understand the formation of complex LTR retrotransposons, the origin and evolution of the complex elements are still not completely clear. Further research need to be done on the complex LTR retrotransposons.

The creation of the sun’s anti-entropic virucidal energy clearly links the creation of microRNAs to biophysically constrained endogenous retroviruses in all living genera. MicroRNAs are the endogenous complex elements that biophysically constrain endogenous retroviruses in all living genera.  These authors call the retroviruses LTR retrotransposons. Changing the name of one thing to another name for discussion of differences in species is expected. Attempts are consistently made to obfuscate facts that link energy-dependent endogenous substrates in plants to endogenous substrates in animals.
For example, the EDAR V370A allele is also known as rs3827760, 1540T/C, 370A , and Val370Ala. All the different names confuse anyone who does not know how to link a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), which is a base pair change in the ectodysplasin A receptor EDAR gene on chromosome 2, to morphological and behavioral differences in mice and humans.
Energy is required to link the endogenous substrates to the creation of the cell membrane and more energy-as-information is required to link the epigenetic landscape to the physical landscape of supercoiled DNA, which protects all organized genomes from the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA. Simply put, morphological and behavioral differences in mice and humans are energy-dependent and constrained by RNA interference.

Feedback loops link quantized energy as information to biophysically constrained RNA-mediated protein folding chemistry. Light induced energy-dependent changes link angstroms to ecosystems from classical physics to chemistry/chirality and to molecular epigenetics/autophagy. The National Microbiome Initiative links microbial quorum sensing to the physiology of reproduction via endogenous RNA interference and chromosomal rearrangements. The rearrangements link energy-dependent fixed amino acid substitutions to the Precision Medicine Initiative via genome wide inferences of natural selection.

This detailed representation of energy-dependent natural selection for codon optimality links biologically- based cause and effect from G protein-coupled receptors to RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions and the functional structure of supercoiled DNA. Energy-dependent polycombic ecological adaptations are manifested in supercoiled DNA.

Chromosomal inheritance links the adaptations from morphological phenotypes to healthy longevity via behavioral phenotypes. For contrast, virus-driven energy theft is the link from messenger RNA degradation to negative supercoiling, constraint breaking mutations, and hecatombic evolution. The viral hecatomb links transgenerational epigenetic inheritance from archaea to Zika virus-damaged DNA, which typically is repaired by endogenous RNA interference and fixation of RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions in organized genomes.

My presentation from the LabRoots virtual conference on Precision Medicine has seemingly been ignored, although it has been used to advance many different suggestions that refute ridiculous theories. The theorists with their ridiculous theories would be considered to be biologically uninformed science idiots if not for the fact that their claims seemed to be believable prior to the past 50+ years of scientific progress.

Genome-Wide Evolutionary Analysis of Natural History and Adaptation in the World’s Tigers

Ecological adaptations are food energy-dependent and pheromone-controlled in all vertebrates, invertebrates, and microbes. Placing ecological adaptations into the context of genome-wide evolution is a form of insanity that appears to afflict biologically uninformed science idiots and most Democrats.
The adaptations were reported as Tiger Genome Sequencing Determines There Are Six Subspecies

To determine the number of extant tiger subspecies, the researchers performed whole-genome sequencing on 32 tigers. They found that the genomes fell into six distinct clusters, each of which showed evidence of a unique evolutionary history. For example, the genomes of the Sumatran tiger bear traces of natural selection in the ADH7 gene, which affects body size. The researchers suggest that this tiger responded to evolutionary pressure to become or stay small, in order to survive by eating the small prey animals available on the island.

Darwin recognized that the pressure to become a finch with a difference in the beak compared to other finches was food-energy-dependent. The claims that “…this tiger responded to evolutionary pressure to… survive by eating the small prey animals available on the island” is antithetical. It is extraordinarily foolish given the fact that microbiomes are mostly inherited in mice. That fact can be readily linked to what is known about food energy-dependent pheromone-controlled sympatric speciation in species from whales to tigers.

The differences in amino acid composition among different tissues can lead to large differences in trophic discrimination [38].

…we use C. elegans to compare miRNA function within germline and somatic tissues. We show that the same miRNA displays tissue-specific gene regulatory mechanisms. While translational repression occurs in both tissues, targeted mRNAs are instead stabilized in the germline. Comparative analyses of miRNA silencing complexes (miRISC) demonstrate that their composition differs from germline to soma.

The differences in microRNAs  that link the germline to soma were placed into the context of this 1996 review of RNA-mediated cell type differentiation at a time when microRNAs were called pre-mRNAs: From Fertilization to Adult Sexual Behavior
The biochemical basis of microRNA targeting efficacy (2018), a preprint, will link everything known to serious scientists about microRNA biogenesis from viral latency to biophysically constrained life on Earth via the physiology of reproduction, Darwin’s “conditons of life” and Kohl’s “Laws of Biology.”
If you refuse to learn about energy-dependent biophysically constrained life on Earth and continue to tout ridiculous theories, you will continue to be ridiculed.
