Researchers from the Republic of South Korea have already linked light-actvated microRNA biogenesis to biophysically constrained viral latency and all biodiversity via the physiology of reproduction.

…long terminal repeats (LTRs). LTR sequences are involved in retrovirus replication and play an essential function in post-transcriptional control mechanisms, such as by providing binding sites for microRNAs (miRNAs) or generating miRNA precursors.
All experimental evidence of top-down energy-dependent causation suggests one thing. The generation of microRNA precusors and microRNAs biophysically constrains viral latency. That fact is linked from microRNA flanking sequences to RNA-mediated DNA repair in the context of supercoiled DNA. The supercoiled DNA protects all organized genomes from the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA. The degradation of messenger RNA links mutations to all pathology.
Simply put, food energy links RNA-mediated DNA repair to amino acid substitutions that differentiate all cell types in all living genera via feedback loops and the physiology of reproduction.
