Light-activated constrained biodiversity

Common origins of RNA, protein and lipid precursors in a cyanosulfidic protometabolism (2015)
A single set of light-activated reactions was linked to the production of nucleic acid precursors. All the starting materials needed to make natural amino acids and lipids, which are life’s building blocks, appear to have been created simultaneously.
Their claim that they automagically arose simultaneously places limits on long-term selection for mating among Neandertals and modern humans.
See: Limits of long-term selection against Neandertal introgression 1/15/19

…we show that there has been no long-term genome-wide removal of Neandertal DNA, and that the previous result was due to incorrect assumptions about gene flow between African and non-African populations.

Co-author Svante Pääbo is the senior author of Natural Selection on the Olfactory Receptor Gene Family in Humans and Chimpanzees (2003), which established the limits on long-term selection.

We compared the variation at the OR genes with that at intergenic regions. In both humans and chimpanzees, OR pseudogenes seem to evolve neutrally. In chimpanzees, patterns of variability are consistent with purifying selection acting on intact OR genes, whereas, in humans, there is suggestive evidence for positive selection acting on intact OR genes. These observations are likely due to differences in lifestyle, between humans and great apes, that have led to distinct sensory needs.

All serious scientists have linked the differences in the food that animals eat from the microbial physiology of pheromone-controlled reproduction to distinct sensory needs. That’s what is meant by evolve neutrally.
There is no such thing as mutation-driven evolution because the need to ecologically adapt ensures the link from neutrality to optimization in the context of sympatric speciation and feedback loops that are required to find food and reproduce in the context of light-activated carbon fixation and microRNA biogenesis.
For example, see: Feedback loops link odor and pheromone signaling with reproduction (2005)
Light-activated carbon fixation can now be linked to the facts about ecological adaptations that refute ridiculous theories via the fact that Light Regulates Plant Alternative Splicing
The important of light-regulated alternative splicings was presciently placed into the proper context in the molecular epigenetics section of this review: From Fertilization to Adult Sexual Behavior (1996)

Small intranuclear proteins also participate in generating alternative splicing techniques of pre-mRNA and, by this mechanism, contribute to sexual differentiation in at least two species, Drosophila melanogaster and Caenorhabditis elegans (Adler and Hajduk, 1994; de Bono, Zarkower, and Hodgkin, 1995; Ge, Zuo, and Manley, 1991; Green, 1991; Parkhurst and Meneely, 1994; Wilkins, 1995; Wolfner, 1988). That similar proteins perform functions in humans suggests the possibility that some human sex differences may arise from alternative splicings of otherwise identical genes.

Parenthetically it is interesting to note even the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae has a gene-based equivalent of sexual orientation (i.e., a-factor and alpha-factor physiologies). These differences arise from different epigenetic modifications of an otherwise identical MAT locus (Runge and Zakian, 1996; Wu and Haber, 1995).

Others have since linked alternative splicings of pre-mRNA, which are now called microRNAs, to all biophysically constrained biodiversity in the context of a name change from pre-mRNAs to microRNAs. More than 82,000 indexed articles mention microRNA on PubMed.
However, to my knowledge, no one has addressed the link from the creation of light to epigenetic modifications of an otherwise identical MAT locus and sexual orientation in species from yeasts to humans. Perhaps that is because the gay agenda, reframed as the LGBT agenda, has prevailed against a common sense approach to the fact that species sexually reproduce via in the context of food energy and pheromone-controlled biophysically constraints.

LGBT, or GLBT, is an initialism that stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender. In use since the 1990s, the term is an adaptation of the initialism LGB, which was used to replace the term gay in reference to the LGBT community beginning in the mid-to-late 1980s.

The LGBT community is not known for it’s ability to sexually reproduce despite the fact that no genetic defects have been reported in the “community.”
For comparison, this is what is known about DNA repair. Femtosecond blasts of UV light were linked to microRNA-mediated DNA repair in UV-Induced Charge Transfer States in DNA Promote Sequence Selective Self-Repair
Also, a photoelectrochemical (PEC) biosensor was developed that detects microRNA-396a at concentrations from 0.5 fM to 5000 fM (with a detection limit of 0.13 fM.)
See: Photoelectrochemical biosensor for microRNA detection based on a MoS2/g-C3N4/black TiO2 heterojunction with Histostar@AuNPs for signal amplification.

Further, the proposed method can also be used to investigate the effect of heavy metal ions on the expression level of miRNAs.

Sexual differentiation of cell types in the LGBT community has not been examined at the level of energy-dependent heavy metal ions that alter the expression level of miRNAs.
However, the energy has been linked to Biogenic non-crystalline U(IV) revealed as major component in uranium ore deposits (2017)
The effect of heavy metal ions on microRNA expression levels links the biogenic creation of uranium ores to biophysical constraints on cell type differentiation in species from microbes to humans. Excess radiation links the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA from constraint-breaking mutations to all diseases. The epigenetic effect of metal ion creation has been linked to healthy longevity via the physiology of reproduction.
Limits of long-term selection against Neandertal introgression help to put everything known to all serious scientists back into the perspective of how the creation of sunlight must be linked to the creation of the sense of smell and how the sense of smell must be linked to the creation of all biodiversity on Earth via the physiology of reproduction, not the LGBT agenda.
Without a fully functional sense of smell, the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA clearly links mutations to all pathology in all living genera via microRNA-mediated cause and effect.
The sense of smell is required to link food energy-dependent pheromone-controlled fixation of RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions to healthy longevity in species from microbes to humans. If something went wrong with the energy-dependent biophysically constrained creation of olfactory receptors, we could expect to see what’s wrong in manifestations of pathology compared to healthy longevity.
For a manifestation of healthy longevity in the context of the transgenerational epigenetic inheritance of biophysical constraints, see:

For comparison, everything known about biophysically constrained nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled RNA interference in yeasts and positive selection for viral latency was misrepresented in Cryptic DNA sequences may help cells survive starvation, and summarized as:

Bartel agrees, but adds that the findings do not necessarily mean that most non-coding DNA has a function.

In 2004, [David P.] Bartel published: MicroRNAs: Genomics, Biogenesis, Mechanism, and Function. Like others of his kind, he failed to link the creation of sunlight from microRNA biogenesis to all biophysically constrained biodiversity on Earth via the physiology of reproduction.
He is not likely to admit that his epic failure led to unnecessary suffering and premature death now that the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA has been linked to all diseases.
Instead, we see this gene-centric approach:

The robust increase in the expression level of oar-miR-21 is consistent with its increased expression in other viral diseases.

Again, this causes intelligent people to ask theorists:

Collaboration from researchers in Germany and in Australia suggests that something may be misrepresented in the news about radical Islamic terrorists. Some Muslims do not seem to be particularly interested in killing people via the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA.

…ZIKV has acquired additional amino acid substitutions at the same time as congenital Zika syndrome and other birth defects were detected. In this Progress article, we summarize the evolution of ZIKV during its spread from Asia to the Americas and discuss potential links to pathogenesis.

When the energy-dependent acquisition of amino acid substitutions in viruses is placed into the context of evolved pathogenesis, you can be sure that those promoting neo-Darwinian pseudoscientific nonsense are continuing to do so.
For comparison, light-activated carbon fixation links light-activated microRNA biogenesis in plants from biophysically constrained viral latency to all  biodiversity via the physiology of reproduction.
Prepare yourself for what happens when the assumptions about inbreeding are removed in Limits of long-term selection against Neandertal introgression and the focus on Ancient Ancestry Informative Markers for Identifying Fine-Scale Ancient Population Structure in Eurasians (12/12/18) becomes perfectly clear.

This work informs the design of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) microarrays and the interpretation of aDNA results, which enables a population-wide testing of primordialist theories.

The creation of energy-as-information linked from light-activated carbon fixation and light-activated microRNA biogenesis to biophysically constrained viral latency via the physiology of reproduction in all living genera may be a concept that is difficult to grasp.
But anyone who continues to tout pseudoscientific nonsense — based on the assumptions about mutations and evolution via de Vries 1902 definition of mutation — is a fool.
They might just as well claim that the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender agenda is being advanced by evolved mutants.
