A cure for cancer? 1/28/19

Still Want To Boycott Israel? Israeli Scientists Find Cure For Cancer, Report Says 1/29/19

Naturally occurring energy-dependent microRNA-mediated autophagy is the cure for cancer and all other diseases.
Where does the energy come from? You can’t read A place in the sun (8/31/18) without a subscription or one-time payment. You may never learn how the creation of sunlight is linked to prevention of all diseases by energy-dependent biophysically constrained RNA interference in the context of autophagy.
That explains why Autophagy automagically prevents cancer (1) may be the start of a series of sarcastic blog posts. Population geneticists have forced serious scientists to address their examples of human idiocy. In the world of biologically uninformed theorists, biophotonic energy “emerges” and our evolved brains are genetically predisposed to automagically see it. That’s why Richard P. Feynman claimed theoretical physicists exemplify human idiocy.

The human idiocy extends across disciplines to all biologically uninformed theorists, especially to population geneticists. Their mathematical models failed to link light-activated carbon fixation from microRNA biogenesis to biophysically constrained viral latency and all biodiversity via what organism eat, the creation of enzymes, metabolism and via the physiology of reproduction in all living genera.
For the most recent example of human idiocy, see: Multiple QTL underlie milk phenotypes at the CSF2RB locus

…a diversity of molecular and lactation QTL,… highlight the CSF2RB gene as having a causal role in these processes.

The CSF2RB gene does not cause anything. Genes do not cause any of “these processes.” Food energy and the physiology of reproduction biophysically constrain viral latency and all biodiversity in the context of RNA-mediated fixation of amino acid substitutions. The amino acid substitutions are food energy-dependent. For example, EDAR V370A is an amino acid substitution.
See: Environmental selection during the last ice age on the mother-to-infant transmission of vitamin D and fatty acids through breast milk

The frequency of the human-specific EDAR V370A allele appears to be uniquely elevated in North and East Asian and New World populations due to a bout of positive selection likely to have occurred circa 20,000 y ago.

The authors linked light-activated carbon fixation from microRNA biogenesis to the food energy-dependent pheromone-controlled fixation of the human-specific EDAR V370A allele in North and East Asian and New World populations via positive selection for what people eat.
For comparison, mutations were linked to all pathology during the past 5-10,ooo years in: Analysis of 6,515 exomes reveals the recent origin of most human protein-coding variants.
That fact can be viewed in the context of natural selection for energy-dependent codon optimality, which has been linked to DNA repair and healthy longevity by all serious scientists.

and UV-Induced Charge Transfer States in DNA Promote Sequence Selective Self-Repair
Selective repair of DNA is energy-dependent and biophysically constrained in the context of light-induced charge transfer stated. That means the DNA repair starts with the creation of energy. That fact goes missing in the context of attempts to obfuscate what is known to all serious scientists.
See for exampole: The Dynamical Emergence of Biology From Physics: Branching Causation via Biomolecules
In the context of circular logic linked to claims about causation, adaptation is evoked via higher level processes that enable same level causation at each level, which closes constraints via processes that generate their own constraints. The mutually-dependent processes:

…both depend on and contribute to maintaining each other.

In other words, in the context of the first article from the series on Multilevel Organization and Functional Integration in Organisms, George FR Ellis and Jonathan Kopel claim that  the higher level processes automagically emerge and constrain top-down causation, which contributes to maintaining the emerged processes.
The claim that top-down causation constrains emerged processes led to my comment on their nonsense on 1/26/19 at 8:16 PM

Autophagic cell death restricts chromosomal instability during replicative crisis links the creation of the sun’s anti-entropic virucidal energy to biophysically constrained viral latency via the physiology of pheromone-controllled reproduction in species from microbes to humans. By starting with anything except the creation of sunlight and microRNA biogenesis, Ellis and Kopel short-change their target audience with links from emergence to adaptations via theories that have no explanatory power whatsoever.

Ellis and Kopel do not mention what is known to serious scientists about phytoremediation, the microbiome and CRISPR, which biophysically constrains viral latency in bacteria. Their obfuscation of facts is clear. In the most ambiguous language possible, they claim:

…degeneracy occurs in all biology in relation to the underlying microbiology and physics: many different lower level realizations of the needed higher level functions can occur. Such multiple realization occurs inter alia in the metabolic networks in a cell, gene regulatory networks, and neural networks.

inter alia means among other things, which means that virtually anything can be used to discount the role of the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA. They might just as well link Hugo de Vries 1902 definition of mutation from the metabolic networks in a cell, gene regulatory networks, and neural networks to the evolution of all biodiversity.
Serious scientists cannot be so vague. The energy-dependent gene regulatory networks do not automagically lead to an emergent result outside the context of  constraints on degeneracy. What organisms eat and the physiology of reproduction constrain the degeneracy, which is properly placed into the context of the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA that links mutations to all pathology.
George FR Ellis knows what’s missing, as clearly indicated in his response to my comments on: Understanding and accounting for relational context is critical for social neuroscience
James Vaughn Kohl

“New data on how genetic predispositions are epigenetically linked to phenotypically distinct neuroanatomy and behaviors is provided in the honeybee model. Across-species comparisons from insects to vertebrates clearly show that the epigenetic influence of food odors and pheromones continues throughout the life of organisms that collectively survive whereas individuals do not. These comparisons also attest to the relative salience of sensory input from the rearing environment. For example, when viewed from the consistency of animal models and conditioned behaviors, food odors are obviously more important to food selection than is our visual perception of food. Animal models affirm that food odor makes food either appealing or unappealing. Animal models reaffirm that it is the pheromones of other animals that makes them either appealing or unappealing.

Socioaffective neuroscience and psychology may progress more quickly by keeping these apparent facts in mind: Olfaction and odor receptors provide a clear evolutionary trail that can be followed from unicellular organisms to insects to humans (Keller et al., 2007; Kohl, 2007; Villarreal, 2009; Vosshall, Wong, & Axel, 2000).”

This is absolutely correct and forms part of the larger concept that top-down causation is a key factor not just in the way the brain works but in broader contexts in biology and even physics. This is explored here: https://rsfs.royalsocietypublishing.org/content/2/1.toc 25 Apr 2014 at 07:49am

It was also thoroughly explored in Olfaction Warps Visual Time Perception  link opens pdf

…every researcher in this topic that does not know the Matrix/DNA formula never will understand these multilevel interactions, connections and hierarchy of life, atoms, astronomic systems, in the right way. So, if he/she gets new discoveries will be by accident and not guided by a solid theory.

This model eliminates the need for more ridiculous theories: Nutrient-dependent/pheromone-controlled adaptive evolution: a model 6/14/13.
It was cited in Two fatty acyl reductases involved in moth pheromone biosynthesis 7/18/16 for comparison to Mutation-Driven Evolution 6/14/13 and Evolutionists Cannot Account for the Origin of the Sense of Smell

Professor of Biology John T. Caprio of Louisiana State University states that initially, the sense of smell developed in order to identify amino acid-like chemical substances soluble in water. The ability to determine molecules floating in the air is an adaptation of that original mechanism.96 (p. 106)

No explanation is offered of how the sensory systems came into being that permitted single-celled organisms to detect their enemies’ scents and thus survive. Neither are we told what “evolutionary” mechanisms entered the equation during the construction of this extraordinarily complex mechanism. (p. 110)

How The Nose Knows: Research On Smell Boosted 5/24/99

“Amino acids are the signature of life,” he said. “Every living thing sheds amino acids. The olfactory system evolved to pick up information. Odors help an animal find food, avoid predators and locate a mate.”
