There is no other known source for the assembly of the peptide nucleic acid-microRNA nanocomplex. There is no such thing as self-assembly.

…an interesting speculation. Light is known to be a quantum field from other independent experimental evidence, so a non-approximative model for light would require it to be quantum. As soon as light is treated as quantum, since the Rabi splitting is observed in the experiment in [3], the bacteria (more precisely, whatever degree of freedom within bacteria couples to light) would also have to be quantum—in the sense that they must be described by a model with at least two non-commuting observables. This is because, unlike for other simpler light-harnessing phenomena such as photon absorption, the Rabi splitting cannot be explained by a semi-classical model where the field is quantum and the other system is classical.

The witness of non-classicality provided by the Rabi splitting is however not enough to rule out hidden-variable models. There are indeed more refined and direct levels of probing and confirming the degree of entanglement between two subsystems, here being the two harmonic oscillators, one representing the bacteria and the other the cavity mode.

As is typical of all biologically uninformed science idiots, the inventors of constructor theory attempt to link the creation of the sun’s anti-entropic virucidal energy to “naturally emerging quantum biology.” The quantum biology can then be linked to quantum-mechanical evolutionary adaptations. The claim that these evolutionary adaptations boost photosynthesis exemplified human idiocy.
Bacteria, like all organisms on earth, require an energy source to fuel the physiology of reproduction. The energy biophysically constrains the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA, which all serious scientists have linked to sympatric speciation and all biodiversity. Attempts to link evolutionary adaptations that supposedly boost photosynthesis without addresses the facts about the creation of the energy source for photosynthesis place the energy outside the context of the theory until the theory requires the energy source for photosynthesis. Thus, the energy emerges in the context of the magic of evolution.
