Regulation of MicroRNA Machinery and Development by Interspecies S-Nitrosylation (2/21/19)

Our findings suggest a general mechanism by which the microbiota may control host cellular functions…

They conclude with speculation that what mammals eat might alter physiological effects on developmental stages.
Their claims were reported as: New ‘interspecies communication’ strategy between gut bacteria and mammalian hosts uncovered (2/21/19)

Bacteria in the gut do far more than help digest food in the stomachs of their hosts, they can also tell the genes in their mammalian hosts what to do.

Nothing new about ‘interspecies communication’ has been discovered since the time when Hippocrates said: “Let food be your medicine and let medicine be your food.”

Instead, all reports on communication between gut bacteria and hosts have been linked to food energy-dependent pheromone-controlled RNA-mediated DNA repair at every level of examination.

Many chemical processes run so fast that they are only roughly understood. To clarify these processes, researchers have now developed a methodology with a resolution of quintillionths of a second. The new technology stands to help better understand processes like photosynthesis…

The creation of sunlight has repeatedly been linked from photosynthesis to the light-activated assembly of the microRNA-ribonucleic acid-peptide nanocomplex and DNA repair.
See for example:UV-Induced Charge Transfer States in DNA Promote Sequence Selective Self-Repair

Absorption of UV-radiation in nucleotides initiates a number of photophysical and photochemical processes, which may finally cause DNA damage. One major decay channel of photoexcited DNA leads to reactive charge transfer states. This study shows that these states trigger self-repair of DNA photolesions. The experiments were performed by UV spectroscopy and HPLC on different single and double stranded oligonucleotides containing a cyclobutane pyrimidine dimer (CPD) lesion. In a first experiment we show that photoexcitation of adenine adjacent to a CPD has no influence on this lesion. However, excitation of a guanine (G) adenine (A) sequence leads to reformation of the intact thymine (T) bases. The involvement of two bases for the repair points to a long-living charge transfer state between G and A to be responsible for the repair. The negatively charged A radical anion donates an electron to the CPD, inducing ring splitting and repair. In contrast, a TA sequence, having an inverted charge distribution (T radical anion, A radical cation), is not able to repair the CPD lesion. The investigations show that the presence of an adjacent radical ion is not sufficient for repair. More likely it is the driving power represented by the oxidation potential of the radical ion, which controls the repair. Thus, repair capacities are strongly sequence-dependent, creating DNA regions with different tendencies of self-repair. This self-healing activity represents the simplest sequence-dependent DNA repair system.

I reiterate: “This self-healing activity represents the simplest sequence-dependent DNA repair system.”

This was reported as: Neuroscientists Say They’ve Found an Entirely New Form of Neural Communication (2/18/19)

Reportedly, they’ve …known about these waves for a long time, but no one knows their exact function and no one believed they could spontaneously propagate, Durand says.

Finally, we have evidence of two things that theorists and other pseudoscientists are likely to believe in, spontaneous propagation of neural communication and the magic of an ‘interspecies communication’ strategy between gut bacteria and mammalian hosts.’
No evidence suggests that theorists and other pseudoscientists are likely to believe in the light-activated assembly of the microRNA-ribonucleic acid-peptide nanocomplex (the L-ANC). The L-ANC  links the creation of the sun’s anti-entropic virucidal energy from microRNA biogenesis in plants to the creation of ribonucleic acid (RNA) and to the creation of amino acids in peptides and proteins. The L-ANC is required for energy-dependent fixation of amino acids in peptides and proteins, which biophysically constrain viral latency via the feedback loops mentioned above.
The feedback loops link the physiology of reproduction to the transgenerational epigenetic inheritance of all morphological and all behavioral phenotypes, All serious scientists know that. I was surprised to see the publication of an article about the spontaneous propagation of waves that were linked to ephatic coupling. The ephatic coupling appears to occur outside the context of food energy-dependent physiology or biophysical constraints that link pheromones to sympatric speciation in species from microbes to humans.
Shall we start over from Darwin’s food energy-dependent “conditions of life” and Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food

Link the metabolism of food and the physiology of reproduction to healthy longevity.

“We are skeptical of claims for the ability of random mutation and natural selection to account for the complexity of life. Careful examination of the evidence for Darwinian theory should be encouraged.”

Darwin’s theory was based on “conditions of life.” The “conditions of life” were bastardized by those who placed natural selection first. Careful examination of the evidence for Darwinian theory shows that he failed to link the creation of sunlight to the growth of flowering plants via the physiology of reproduction.  He had no testable hypothesis, which is why others were able to bastardize his claims, and they will no doubt continue to do so.
Hypothesis-free science prevails. See: Emergence of Life
Enrollment started on February 11, 2019, after nearly 160 years of neo-Dawinian pseudoscientific nonsense failed to link the creation of the sun’s anti-entropic virucidal energy from light-activated microRNA biogenesis in plants to all biodiversity on Earth.
See for comparison: Virus-cutting enzyme helps bacteria remember a threat (2/20/15)

“Our work reveals an overlooked role for Cas9: forming the memories that make adaptive immunity possible for bacteria,” Marraffini says.”

The role of viral microRNAs in cell type differentiation has become much clearer during the past decade. It links the epigenetic landscape to the biophysically constrained chemistry of protein folding via the conserved molecular mechanisms of RNA-directed DNA methylation and RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions.
What remains to be seen is how thermodynamic cycles of nutrient-dependent protein biosynthesis and degradation are controlled by the physiology of reproduction, which enables the entropic plasticity of epigenesis that leads to anti-entropic epistasis in species from microbes to man.

…repeated selection of barely distinguishable variants is the only directional cause of evolutionary modification. According to Darwin there was no other mechanism for the diversification of organisms.

With our current knowledge of embryonic development, however, we have numerous examples of body and organ morphology changing abruptly (though often predictably) as a multicellular animal or plant takes form.

Did I mention: Symbiotic organs shaped by distinct modes of genome evolution in cephalopods

We report distinct evolutionary signatures within the two symbiotic organs of E. scolopes, the light organ (LO) and the accessory nidamental gland (ANG).

The idea that two organs in one organism simultaneously evolved may be the most ridiculous example of neo-Darwinian pseudosceintific nonsense that the world will ever see.
