Bacteriophages promote bacterial infection by directly triggering a maladaptive anti-viral immune response. In the absence of nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction in bacteria the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA is linked to all pathology in species from microbes to humans via the Virus-mediated archaeal hecatomb in the deep seafloor for comparison to the link to healthy longevity via Eukaryotic plankton diversity in the sunlit ocean.

“…this paper shows it will be important to see if this phenomena extends to lytic phage which are preferred for phage therapy over temperate phage like these. More studies of how phage interact with the immune system are definitely needed!

More than 84,000 studies of energy-dependent microRNA-mediated cell type differentiation detail the interactions across species from microbes to humans in the context of what was presented as science fiction in 1999 and 2003.  See: Reactivation of a dormant message signals the dawn of a new humanity (1999) and Living with the Neanderthals (2003)

Agreed! I am extremely excited to see the increase in research regarding the interactions between phages and the immune system. Definitely an important hurdle in phage therapy research

You have earned the title of ‘total snow flake’ by ignoring the extant literature that links the light-activated assembly of the microRNA-RNA-peptide #nanocomplex to biophysically constrained viral latency via the weekend resurrection of the flagellum in P. fluorescens.

Difference in the role that P. aeruginosa plays as an opportunistic human pathogen compared to the plant pathogen P. syringae, and the soil bacterium P. putida link the light-activated assembly of the miRNA-RNA-peptide-nanocomplex to the weekend resurrection of the bacterial flagellum in the plant growth-promoting P. fluorescens via fixation of two amino acid substitutions.

Reported as Life finds a way

The amino acid substitutions that are linked to the weekend resurrection of the bacterial flagellum are referred to as mutations, and few people realize what that means. It means that the evolution of a functional structure with irreducible complexity occurred within 96 hours. More importantly, it occurred via what is known to all serious scientists about links from light to plant growth and the growth of food to the pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction in species from microbes to humans.

The viruses/bacteriophages/phages are biophysically constrained by the creation of:
1) anti-entropic virucidal light
2) ATP
3) enzymes
4) microRNAs
5) RNA
6) amino acids
7) peptides
8) the immune system in bacteria
and
9) the immune system of mammals

The ability of biologically uninformed theorists to link everything known about biophysically constrained viral latency to the immune system of mammals and then change the focus from the history of Pseudomonas to the history of Salmonella exemplifies human idiocy.

Schrodinger focusing on ecological variation in the energy, matter, and thermodynamic imbalances. He proposed that life required the consumption of energy, but used the term negative entropy. Consumption requires information processing systems and at least two thermodynamic elements. The outer membrane of the cell must sense the environment before the cell can extract energy as information. Until the information is extracted it is latent embedded information.

By latent information we refer to data embedded in the environment that, once processed cognitively, initiates change in the organism’s function or behavior. Information induces changes; hence it can be used to generate an internal condensed description (model or usable information) of the environment, which guides the organism’s functioning.

By removing the context of energy as information that biophysically constrains viral latency, the authors of Bacteriophage trigger antiviral immunity and prevent clearance of bacterial infection take us back to a time when the definition of mutation began to replace the creation of sunlight (energy as information) as the link from fluorescence in P. fluorescens to plant growth and from what organisms eat to their pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction and healthy longevity via the transgenerational epigenetic inheritance of all morphological and behavioral phenotypes.
