Researchers from South Korea linked molecular beacon (MB) circuits that generate a fluorescent signal to improved signal detection sensitivity in the context of energy-dependent constraints on thermodynamic cycles of protein folding chemistry without an enzyme.
The MB circuits detect low levels of miRNA with high sensitivity. They provide a useful platform for target miRNA detection. Targeted miRNA detection has been linked to the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA and all pathology via mutations.

AEBi researchers from Israel reported the forthcoming cure for all cancer. Like the researchers from South Korea, they know that every aspect of biophysically constrained viral latency links natural information processing in bacteria from microRNA biogenesis in plants to biophysically constrained fluorescence in P. fluorescens.
