Microbe-Host Communication by Small RNAs in Extracellular Vesicles: Vehicles for Transkingdom RNA Transportation 3/25/19

5. Concluding Remarks
There are many possible avenues for interspecies communication between microbes and human cells however, sRNAs represent particularly good candidates for a “common language” between species (Figure 1), because they are produced by every living organism, and can be transported throughout the human body by EVs. While traditional views of molecular biology have emphasized the importance of protein-coding and mRNAs for cellular and organismal function, recent studies demonstrate that understanding microbe–human interactions will likely be essential to elucidate the underlying mechanisms, and thus effectively treat human pathogenic diseases.

See for comparison: Riding the Evolution Paradigm Shift With Eugene Koonin (5/7/15)

The entire evolution of the microbial world and the virus world, and the interaction between microbes and viruses and other life forms have been left out of the Modern Synthesis…

The evolution of the microbial world and the virus world have subsequently been placed into the context of: The Dark Matter of the Human Proteome (4/1/19) by Annie Rathore

These techniques have identified evidence of smORFs in diverse types of supposedly noncoding RNA, including introns of pre-mRNAs, long noncoding RNAs, and primary transcripts of microRNAs and ribosomal RNAs. The next step is to identify the microproteins they encode and understand their biological importance.

~85,000 published works mention microRNA.
~ 119 published works mention microprotein
What is a microprotein?

The elucidation of microprotein-protein interactions (MPIs) is useful for determining the biochemical and cellular roles of microproteins.

The light-activated assembly of the microRNA-RNA-peptide nanocomplex links our claims about the alternative splicings of pre-mRNA to everything currently known about energy-dependent protein-folding chemistry. See our section on molecular epigenetics in: From Fertilization to Adult Sexual Behavior (1996)
Any attempt to again change the term pre-mRNA from microRNA to microprotein should be viewed as another attempt to obfuscate everything known to serious scientists about the difference between healthy longevity and the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA, which has been linked to all pathology.
For example of transgenerational epigenetic effects on pathology, see: Adenomatous polyposis coli as a predictor of environmental chemical-induced transgenerational effects related to male infertility (4/1/19)

…the miR-30 family were significantly downregulated in F3 testis tissues and targeted the APC gene. In conclusion, the miR-30 family/APC interaction is a potential mechanism for the transgenerational effects induced by the environmental chemical.

For an example of what biologically uninformed theorists missed, see: Some Cancers Become Contagious (4/1/19)

This was reported on April 3: NIH police yank Iranian graduate student from lab as agency clamps down on security

The brain researcher said he has entered NIH as a visitor countless times, using just his driver’s license. That changed on March 26.

The clampdown is an attempt to suppress information from Iran that links information from South Korea to light-activated microRNA biogenesis and the refutation of theistic evolution. NIH funding for pseudoscientific nonsense touted by neo-Darwinian theorists and by Francis Collins is about to be seen for what it has always been.
NIH funding supports theorists. Researchers in Iran, South Korea, and Israel are presenting and publishing the facts that refute neo-Darwinian pseudoscientific nonsense and Big Bang cosmology.
Wait to see how long it takes for Francis Collins to resign, or to be removed. While you wait, watch for more publications on microRNAs.

In Case You Missed It: Light-activated microRNA biogenesis has been linked to the difference between health and disease in all living genera. Try to learn more about what the NIH has missed due to their focus on the human genome instead of the focus on how it was created.
