microRNA microRNAome
Subtitle: Koch postulates vs facts about the microRNAome
Claims about emergence and evolution are made by biologically uninformed theorists. The light-activated assembly of the microRNA-RNA-peptide nanocomplex has no ’emergent’ properties. Similarly, light-activated microRNA biogenesis does not automagically emerge from the a void that some theoretical physicists claim contains “dark matter.” The established links from the creation of subatomic particles to cytosis and autophagy, which protects organized genomes from the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA may be too difficult for biologically uninformed theorists to understand.
Nevertheless, the National Microbiome Initiative has been linked from the Precision Medicine Initiative to healthy longevity. See
Human microbiome research makes causal connections between entire microbial communities and a wide array of traits that range from physiological diseases to psychological states. To evaluate these causal claims, we first examine a well-known single-microbe causal explanation of Helicobacter pylori causing ulcers. This apparently straightforward causal explanation is not so simple, however. It does not achieve a key explanatory standard in microbiology, of Koch’s postulates, which rely on manipulations of single-microorganism cultures to infer causal relationships to disease. When Koch’s postulates are framed by an interventionist causal framework, it is clearer what the H. pylori explanation achieves and where its explanatory strengths lie. After assessing this ‘simple’, single-microbe case, we apply the interventionist framework to two key areas of microbiome research, in which obesity and mental health states are purportedly explained by microbiomes. Despite the experimental data available, interventionist criteria for explanation show that many of the causal claims generated by microbiome research are weak or misleading. We focus on the stability, specificity and proportionality of proposed microbiome causal explanations, and evaluate how effectively these dimensions of causal explanation are achieved in some promising avenues of research. We suggest some conceptual and explanatory strategies to improve how causal claims about microbiomes are made.
Submission of a short commentary proposal. At this stage, we will accept submissions of short commentary proposals only. Short proposals will be reviewed, and selected authors will be asked to write a full commentary (of 1,500 words). Proposal by James V. Kohl

Title: Koch postulates vs facts about the microRNAome
I will address specific points that link the light-activated energy-dependent creation of the microRNAome to pheromone-controlled biophysical constraints on the microbiome.
For instance, in mammals, milk exosomes contain bioavailable microRNAs with distinct microRNA cargos and unique tissue distribution patterns. That fact links prevention of the virus-driven effect of fescue toxicosis on the bull sperm microRNAome to sperm microRNA expression and healthy longevity via transgenerational epigenetic inheritance and ecological adaptations.
Also, biophysically constrained fluorescence in Pseudomonas fluorescens has been linked from flowering plant growth to a report on the forthcoming cure for cancer via the measurement of fluorescence in the supercoiled DNA of all living genera. That fact links nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled polycombic ecological adaptations from bacteria to humans.
Any consideration of Koch postulates is eliminated by the measurement of fluorescence in the context of how changes in the microRNA/messenger RNA balance alter the microbiome.
My expertise is relevant because I have a 40-year history of work as a medical laboratory scientist and a 24-year history of publications and presentations that link the creation of energy from the creation of ATP and ATPase to the creation of RNA.
It has become obvious that naturally occurring RNA interference helps to prevent all mental and physical manifestations of pathology in the context of fixation of amino acid substitutions that biophysically constrain the hecatombic evolution of diseases.
For example, the patent application for RNA-guided human genome engineering was issued with the addition of the National Institute of Health as an owner. All expert biologists have linked causality in humans to food energy via the biophysically constrained metabolism of food to pheromones and the physiology of reproduction. Philosophers have contributed almost nothing to discussions of energy-dependent top-down causation.
The influence of philosophers and theorists extends across disciplines to science journalists who report on gene-editing in articles such as this one.
…genetic edits made without templates are no different from changes that occur in nature
The huge difference is that natural selection for energy-dependent codon optimality biophysically constrains viral latency via the physiology of reproduction. In the context of genetic edits, the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA causes constraint-breaking mutations that biologically uninformed science idiots link from beneficial mutations to mutation-driven evolution. There is no such thing as a beneficial mutation.
Instead, as previously reported here [Virus-driven] “DNA transfer within an ecosystem enables a GMO to escape biocontainment.’ That fact predicted this report: Base Editors Cause Off-Target Mutations in RNA.
Obviously, what happens in Australia will not stay in Australia and it will be linked from microbes to mammals via what is known to serious scientists about lifestyle transitions in all living genera, namely, those that find enough food to reproduce.
…the lifestyle transition of fungi is mediated by milRNAs through RNA interference (RNAi) machinery, revealing the wide existence of miRNAs in fungi kingdom and providing new insights into understanding the adaptation…

The gene-editing nonsense that may come from people in these two countries may cause the death of us all. But their war on common sense may go unnoticed in the current political climate of the United States of America and elsewhere unless researchers in the so-called Western World start to display some common sense instead of human idiocy.
