Chemogenetic kinetics (7): DHA vs consensus (3)

Natural selection shapes variation in genome-wide recombination rate in Drosophila pseudoobscura 9/30/19

… (1) there is abundant variation in genome-wide crossover rate in natural populations (2) interpopulation differences in recombination rate may be the result of local adaptation and (3) the observed variation among individuals in recombination rate is primarily driven by global regulators of crossover rate, with little detected variation among strains in recombination across individual tracts of individual chromosomes.

See for comparison: Genome-Wide Study Reveals a Novel Regulatory Pathway: Translation Affects mRNA Stability in a Codon-Dependent Manner 6/26/19

Natural selection for energy-dependent mRNA Stability in a Codon-Dependent Manner replaced all the pseudoscientific nonsense with links from the physiology of reproduction to the functional structure of supercoiled DNA across kingdoms.

Theorists may still think they can tout natural selection outside the context of food energy-dependent pheromone-controlled fixation of RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions in species from microbes to mammals.

But see: Comparative metatranscriptomic profiling and microRNA sequencing to reveal active metabolic pathways associated with a dinoflagellate bloom 9/6/19

…76 P. donghaiense microRNA were identified from the bloom, and their target genes exhibited marked differences in amino acid metabolism between the bloom and cultures and the potential of up-regulated antibiotic and cell communication capabilities.

Early photosynthetic systems such as the dinoflagellates are rich in docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) including di-DHA phosphoglycerides as also in contemporary mammalian photoreceptors.

The obvious link from the light-activated assembly of the microRNA-RNA-peptide nanocomplex to God’s Creation of mammalian photoreceptors  and all biodiversity via  DHA-dependent biophysically constrained viral latency in the context of the physiology of reproduction can be placed into the context of who should win these Nobel Prizes in 2019 for accurately representing what is known about energy-dependent top-down causation.

Predicting the 2019 Nobel Prize winners with Prize announcement dates.

Monday 7 October, 11:30 a.m. at the earliest – The Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine

Bruce S. McEwen, who presciently linked the Creation of ATP to RNA and biophysically constrained viral latency via RNA interference.

Tuesday 8 October, 11:45 a.m. at the earliest – The Nobel Prize in Physics

Wen Zhou, who linked the Creation of the sense of smell to our visual perception of energy and mass in the context of the space-time continuum.

Wednesday 9 October, 11:45 a.m. at the earliest – The Nobel Prize in Chemistry

Michael Crawford for linking the role of π-electrons of docosahexaenoic acid to brain function.

Friday 11 October, 11:00 a.m. – The Nobel Peace Prize

George FR Ellis: for linking quantum physics from chemistry to molecular epigenetics and refuting divisive/racist neo-Darwinian pseudoscientific nonsense.

Plant cells are so smart, they build new proteins and small RNAs to attack unique new microbes 9/30/19, which is Jon Lieff’s regurgitation of Intelligent Plants Use Proteins and RNA to Fight Invaders 11/10/13

It is now known that for both the first line of defense, PTI [Plant Triggered Immunity], and the second line of defense, ETI [Effector Triggered Immunity], plants use RNA silencing and small RNAs for regulation.

Obviously, the light-activated Creation of small RNAs, which are called microRNAs, is required to link microRNA biogenesis to RNA silencing in the context of RNAs for regulation.  Only someone who was willing to contribute to more unnecessary suffering and more premature deaths would continue to misrepresent the facts about Creation by regurgitating the nonsense about effector triggered immunity.

Immunity is energy-dependent and microRNA-mediated in the context of biophysically constrained viral latency.

5. Repetitive elements or endogenous viral elements can be targeted with engineered Cas+gRNA systems in microbes, plants, animals, or human cells to reduce deleterious transposition or to aid in sequencing or other analytic genomic/transcriptomic/proteomic/diagnostic tools (in which nearly identical copies can be problematic).
