The microRNA-mediated future of humanity (3)

Light-activated microRNA biogenesis has been linked from the pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction to healthy longevity via protection from the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA in all living genera.

On 4/21/20 that fact was misrepresented as: Coronavirus has mutated into at least 30 different strains, Chinese study finds. The report was based on this non-peer-reviewed paper Patient-derived mutations impact pathogenicity of SARS-CoV-2

We observed intrapersonal variation and 6 different mutations in the spike glycoprotein (S protein), including 2 different SNVs that led to the same missense mutation. Therefore, we provide direct evidence that the SARS-CoV-2 has acquired mutations capable of substantially changing its pathogenicity.

For comparison to their ridiculous claims about aquired mutations, see: Bacterial motility confers fitness advantage in the presence of phages 8/13/13

This study highlights the crucial role the parasites can play on the evolution of dispersal and, more specifically, that bacteriophages, which are ubiquitous, are likely to select for bacterial motility.

Natural selection for energy-dependent biophysically constrained autophagy has been linked to healthy longevity across kingdoms and to the microRNA-mediated future of humanity via a linear model of food energy-dependent pheromone-controlled autophagy.  The energy for autophagy comes from sunlight. For comparison to random mutations and evolution, the linear model links  sunlight from bacterial fitness to the biophysically constrained development of the retina in mice via the weekend resurrection of the bacterial flagellum.

There is no requirement for any theory in which billions of years of evolution are required because bacteria evolve over a weekend  2/26/15

The weekend resurrection of what theorists refer to as an irreducibly complex functional structure, the bacterial flagellum, can be linked to the Creation of another irreducibly complex functional structure, namely the eye. Light activated microRNA biogenesis of enyzme-dependent endogenous substrates in bacteria is the only obvious link to energy-dependent retinal development and the Creation of the human eye.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are upstream regulators of gene expression and are involved in several biological processes.

I learned about the importance of  light-activated energy-dependent microRNA biogenesis by asking a question after a conference presentation in 2012. The Society for Neuroscience symposium speaker (Timothy Bredy, perhaps) claimed that microRNAs regulated all gene expression  I confirmed his claim with several other experts from the audience before attending every poster session that indicated it would be about microRNAs.

During the past two decades it has become perfectly clear that light-activated microRNA biogenesis links energy-dependent autophagy to prevention of all virus-driven diseases via the innate immune system in bacteria, which is called CRISPR. The innate immune system in bacteria has been linked to the innate immune system of mammals by the effects of sunlight on food energy-dependent pheromone-controlled reproduction, which maintains the integrity of the major histocompatibility complex, referred to as the MHC.

See this report: Autophagy promotes immune evasion of pancreatic cancer by degrading MHC-I 4/22/20

Our findings demonstrate a role for enhanced autophagy or lysosome function in immune evasion by selective targeting of MHC-I molecules for degradation, and provide a rationale for the combination of autophagy inhibition and dual ICB therapy as a therapeutic strategy against PDAC.

Also, light-activated microRNA-mediated cancer therapy links microRNA biogenesis to protection from coronavirus pathology and cancer via the patent:

Light-activated microRNA biogenesis is the link from RNA-mediated.com to Autophagy.pro and biophysically constrained autophagy prevents all microRNA-mediated virus-driven diseases.
