microRNA-mediated quantum error correction (1)

By: James V. Kohl | Published on: October 20, 2020

On 10/19/20, more than 250 additions to the indexed articles that mention the term ‘microRNA’ appeared after 5 days of what appeared to be a moratorium linked to publication of Thousands of Previously Unknown Phages Discovered in Whole-community Human Gut Metagenomes on 10/14/20
The discovery of the unknown phages was reported by senior author, Eugene Koonin.
For a historical perspective see: Riding the Evolution Paradigm Shift With Eugene Koonin (2015)

The entire evolution of the microbial world and the virus world, and the interaction between microbes and viruses and other life forms have been left out of the Modern Synthesis…

Koonin and others like him failed to link problematic phages in the human gut microbiome from the food we eat to microRNA-mediated quantum error correction via the physiology of pheromone-regulated genetic processes, which biophysically constrain viral latency in species from microbes to humans. Constraints on the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA are manifested in human endogenous retroviruses (HERVs).
Constraint-breaking mutations, which some biologically uninformed science idiots still claim may be beneficial, have been linked to all pathology across kingdoms via MicroRNAs organize intrinsic variation into stem cell states and MicroRNA Involvement in Signaling Pathways During Viral Infection.

…we would like to bring to scientific attention another group of endogenous regulatory molecules, the small non-coding RNAs, especially the microRNAs, which are found to regulate critical cellular pathways in a number of disease conditions, including RNA viral infections. This review will focus on understanding the effect of altered microRNA expression during coronavirus-mediated infections and how it may provide clues for further exploring the pathogenesis of SARS-CoV-2, with a view of developing RNAi-based therapeutics and biomarkers against COVID-19.

5. Repetitive elements or endogenous viral elements can be targeted with engineered Cas+gRNA systems in microbes, plants, animals, or human cells to reduce deleterious transposition or to aid in sequencing or other analytic genomic/transcriptomic/proteomic/diagnostic tools (in which nearly identical copies can be problematic).

It is long past time for all intelligent serious scientists to stop those who intend to keep profiting from the unnecessary suffering and premature deaths caused by their failure to report what is known about microRNA-mediated quantum error correction.
Simply put, quantum error correction links the claims about UV light and humidity that President Donald J. Trump made on 4/23/20 to the end of SARS-CoV-2 via this 2007 report from CDC researchers: A two-amino acid change in the hemagglutinin of the 1918 influenza virus abolishes transmission.

President Donald Trump touted a federal study Thursday that indicates sunlight and humidity can weaken the coronavirus – a finding that prompted the president to float the idea of treating patients with “light inside the body.”

Food energy is the source for RNA interference (RNAi). MicroRNA-mediated quantum error correction links the UV light-activated growth of plants from what eat to RNAi and healthy longevity via the physiology of pheromone-regulated genetic processes in species from microbes to humans. What we eat is the energy source for what President Trump referred to as “light inside the body.
