…the White House has all but embraced herd immunity and has also poisoned the public with misinformation, making it all but impossible to get national, near-universal compliance with public health advice for the foreseeable future.

Herd immunity exemplifies nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled ecological adaptations, which annoys neo-Darwinian theorists and Big Bang cosmologists, especially those who also are Trump-haters.

Specifically, the system operates as a filter with respect to promoter strength, with the threshold being robust to promoter strength and measurement time. Additionally, the intragenic miRNA regulation reduces expression noise compared to splicing-alone architecture.

The energy-dependent microRNA-mediated system, which the authors link to “promoter strength” protects against the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA that eats away at consciousness during the progression of neurodegenerative diseases. Light-activated microRNA biogenesis provides the link to “promoter strength,” which exemplifies microRNA-mediated quantum error correction.

We extended the energy-dependent microRNA-mediated differentiation of cell types in yeasts to differentiation of cell types in all tissues of all organs in all species with a primitive brain. At that time, microRNAs were referred to as pre-messenger RNAs (pre-mRNAs).

…most miRNA genes come from regions of the genome quite distant from previously annotated genes, implying that they derive from independent transcription units Lagos-Quintana et al. 2001, Lau et al. 2001 and Lee and Ambros 2001. Nonetheless, a sizable minority (e.g., about a quarter of the human miRNA genes) are in the introns of pre-mRNAs. These are preferentially in the same orientation as the predicted mRNAs, suggesting that most of these miRNAs are not transcribed from their own promoters but are instead processed from the introns, as seen also for many snoRNAs Aravin et al. 2003, Lagos-Quintana et al. 2003, Lai et al. 2003 and Lim et al. 2003a. This arrangement provides a convenient mechanism for the coordinated expression of a miRNA and a protein. Regulatory scenarios are easy to imagine in which such coordinate expression could be useful, which would explain the conserved relationships between miRNAs and host mRNAs. A striking example of this conservation involves mir-7, found in the intron of hnRNP K in both insects and mammals (Aravin et al., 2003).

Every living thing on Earth depends on the Calvin cycle. Plants depend on the Calvin cycle for energy and food. Other organisms, including herbivores, also depend on it indirectly because they depend on plants for food. Even organisms that eat other organisms, such as carnivores, depend on the Calvin cycle. Without it, they wouldn’t have the food, energy, and nutrients they need to survive.

The Calvin cycle has four main steps: carbon fixation, reduction phase, carbohydrate formation, and regeneration phase. Energy to fuel chemical reactions in this sugar-generating process is provided by ATP and NADPH, chemical compounds which contain the energy plants have captured from sunlight.

David P. Bartel’s group skipped past the claims of McEwen et al., from 1964 and took our award-winning 2001 publication as his group’s basis for claims that covertly began to link food energy-dependent pheromone regulated quantum error correction to behavior in An abundant class of tiny RNAs with probable regulatory roles in Caenorhabditis elegans (2001).
The fact that the behavior of all organisms on Earth is nutrient-dependent and pheromone-regulated became perfectly clear in Feedback loops link odor and pheromone signaling with reproduction (2005)

Indications that GnRH peptide plays an important role in the control of sexual behaviors suggest that pheromone effects on these behaviors might also involve GnRH neurons.

The feedback loops require an energy source that biophysically constrains quantum error correction. The source of energy is God’s Creation of ultraviolet (UV) light, which links His Creation of water from oxidative phosphorylation to biophysically constrained viral latency across kingdoms.

pH-dependent hydrogen-bonding and base-stacking interactions link the energy-dependent Creation of ATP-dependent RNA G-quadruplexes from light-activated carbon fixation to RNA abundance and RNA interference, which protects organized genomes from the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA.

…important biological functions have been identified for most of the broadly conserved miRNAs of mammals.

For comparison, no experimental evidence of top-down microRNA-mediated quantum error correction attests to the claim that the miRNAs of mammals automagically evolved. That fact suggests that people who who do not know that food energy and pheromone-regulated genetic processes are the source for herd immunity exemplify human idiocy.
