MicroRNA.pro, Autophagy.pro & RNA-mediated.com link subatomic particles from pH-dependent peptide synthesis to sympatric speciation and healthy ecosystems.

Before 4/6/21, I had contributed 40,000 tweets @microRNApro to support claims about how light-activated carbon fixation is linked to healthy longevity in more than 118,400 indexed publications that mention ‘microRNA.’
For a historical perspective on the development of healthy ecosystems, see: Pheromonal Regulation of Genetic Processes: Research on the House Mouse (Mus musculus L.) (1994)

“The specificity of pheromonal regulation depends on such significant characteristics as population density and population structure (age and genetic). Along with other conditions, it defines the reproductive status of individuals and, possibly, not only the quantity, but also the quality, of the progeny. If this proposition is true, then this mechanism can determine the spatial genetic structure of the future population and the speed of alteration of this structure [66, 67]. We suppose that similar systems of intraorganism regulation of genetic processes can exists in other animal species. Their detection and study is a new and promising direction of research for the understanding of the regularities of functioning of genetic material on organismal and interorganismal levels of organization.”

On 3/5/20 Daev’s pheromone-regulated genetic processes were placed into the context of MicroRNAs organize intrinsic variation into stem cell states

…naturally arising cell-to-cell variation, sometimes described as stochastic fluctuation, is in fact coherently organized biology.

On 3/10/20 coherently organized biology was linked to prevention of all virus-driven pathology in:
MicroRNA Involvement in Signaling Pathways During Viral Infection

Knowing the roles of miRNAs in host response to various viral infections provides an interesting tool for identifying key genes and pathways that must be activated, enhanced, silenced or repressed in order to impel an effective immune response.

On 4/5/21 the facts about the microRNA-mediated effective immune response were placed into the context of ecological adaptations across kingdoms. See also: Molluscan genomics: broad insights and future directions for a neglected phylum 4/5/21

This issue arises from a Royal Society Theo Murphy meeting held in September 2019.

For example: Digging into bivalve miRNAomes: between conservation and innovation

…we review the current repertoire of bivalve microRNAs (miRNAs), important regulators of gene expression in Metazoa.

They found miRNA-mediated sympatric speciation in:

“…106 miRNA families missing in the previously published bivalve datasets and 89 and 87 miRNA complements were identified in the two additional species. The overall results provide a homogeneous and evolutionarily consistent picture of miRNAs in bivalves and enable future comparative studies.”

What they claim is evolutionarily consistent eliminates the neo-Darwinian pseudoscientific nonsense touted by most biologically uninformed theorists and replaces their foolishness with claims based on natural selection for energy-dependent codon optimality, which protects organized genomes from the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA as detailed in:

For comparison to the coherent story that links quantum coherence to coherently organized biology via the light-activated Creation of stem cells, which has been linked from quantum Darwinism to eukaryotic plankton diversity via carbon fixation and the pheromone-regulated genetic processes linked to the physiology of reproduction in species from microbes to humans, see:
Earth’s carbon deficit caused by early loss through irreversible sublimation 4/2/21

The carbon-poor nature of Earth thus implies carbon loss in its precursor material through sublimation within the first million years.

“…building a coherent story requires identifying topics of mutual interest and finding ways to bridge the intellectual gaps between them.”

The intellectual gap is too great to bridge. See: “Alien spaceship visited us in 2017” Harvard’s top astronomer says facebook.com/ScienceNatureP

See: A measurement of the z = 0 UV background from Hα fluorescence 2/17/17
Reported as: Universe’s ultraviolet background could provide clues about missing galaxies 3/21/17

Simulations show that there should be more small galaxies in the Universe, but UV radiation essentially stopped them from developing by depriving them of the gas they need to form stars.

God’s Creation of UV light also biophysically constrains the ATP-dependent Creation of RNA.

See also: Dependence of RNA synthesis in isolated thymus nuclei on glycolysis, oxidative carbohydrate catabolism and a type of “oxidative phosphorylation” (1964)

The synthesis of RNA in isolated thymus nuclei is ATP dependent.

The ATP-dependent Creation of RNA links the patent for naturally occurring light-activated carbon fixation from the fragrance and color of purple petunias to all biophysically constrained biodiversity on Earth via protonated RNA interference.

The thicker the flower petals’ cuticle, the more fragrance compounds the plant releases, according to a recent study.

The assembly of the cuticle in plants is microRNA-mediated.

…we have used a synthetic microRNAs approach to silence both genes. These plants displayed a phenotype that resembled the abcg11 mutant plants (showing clear cuticle associated phenotypes), but the reduction in cutin monomer loads in these plants was relatively mild.

The link to microRNA-mediated sympatric speciation in flowers was presented for a general audience as: “The discovery and potential of RNA interference” 11/15/12

Dobzhansky (1973) linked a difference in single amino acid (out of 141) in the gorilla to similarities in the alpha chains of hemoglobin, which have identical sequences of amino acids in man and the chimpanzee.
For comparison, see:  Ardipithecus hand provides evidence that humans and chimpanzees evolved from an ancestor with suspensory adaptations

Ardipithecus retains suspensory adapted hand morphologies shared with chimpanzees and bonobos.

See for comparison: Skin deep: The decoupling of genetic admixture levels from phenotypes that differed between source populations 3/27/21
Reported as: Model reveals surprising disconnect between physical characteristics and genetic ancestry in certain populations 4/5/21

The model didn’t consider environmental conditions that also play a role in trait development.

The failure to consider environmental conditions exemplifies the failure to consider quantum Darwinism. That failure should be considered to be the epic failure of all godless theorists who failed to start their theories with God’s Creation of energy, which biophysically constrains viral latency in the context of quantum Darwinism.
