Microbial signatures in the lower airways of mechanically ventilated COVID-19 patients associated with poor clinical outcome 8/31/21 was reported as: High virus count in the lungs drives COVID-19 deaths 8/31/21

…the study revealed that those who died had on average 50 percent lower production of a type of immune chemical that targets the coronavirus compared with the COVID-19 patients who survived the illness. These customized proteins are part of the body’s adaptive immune system, a subset of cells and chemicals that “remember” invading newly encountered microbes, leaving the body better prepared for future exposure.

microRNA-mediated replication timing (1-5) and God’s Creation of the enzymes linked to the amino acids in these proteins has since been linked from microRNA-mediated replication cycles (6-10) to MicroRNA-mediated population control (1-10)  via Dynamic innate immune response determines susceptibility to SARS-CoV-2 infection and early replication kinetics 6/15/21
Taken together, the facts about microRNAs make philosophy, teleology, and theology largely insignificant. It is clear that our lifestyle choices led to the virus-driven degradation of mRNA across kingdoms. It is also clear that our ignorance and arrogance heralds Christ’s return.

Susceptibility to COVID-19 infection is related to the viral-microRNAs (miRNAs) which alter virulence of the transmitted SARS-CoV-2 strains and impact host-miRNA-related innate immunity.

My 10-part series on The eternal significance of microRNAs 4/10/18-5/16/18 can now be linked from Reduced expression of brain-enriched microRNAs in glioblastomas permits targeted regulation of a cell death gene 9/2/11 and Role of microRNAs in glioblastoma 8/17/21 to Computational and Bioinformatics Methods for MicroRNA Gene Prediction 8/26/21 and my 10-part series on The microRNA-mediated future of humanity 4/8/20 to 5/10/20 via The infinite possibilities of RNA therapeutics 8/31/21

…we describe the state of the art of technologies applied for synthetic RNA manufacture and delivery. Likewise, we detail the RNA-based therapies approved by the FDA so far, as well as the ongoing clinical investigations. As a final point, we highlight the current and potential advantages of working on RNA-based therapeutics and how these could lead us to a new era of accessible and personalized healthcare.

RNA therapeutics is the wave of the future as predicted by the patent for naturally occurring light-activated carbon fixation and protonated RNA interference.  George M. Church and Eric Lander have pitted themselves against those who have known the answer to the question “What is Life?” since it was first asked in 1944.
Life is energy-dependent and biophysically constrained by the physiology of reproduction.

…two officials are leaving the FDA in part because they are frustrated with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) involvement in the vaccine approval process, as well as with White House pressure to move forward with booster vaccines for COVID-19 without FDA’s approval…
