God’s microRNA-mediated Creation of genotypes (4)

Non-random distribution of individual genetic diversity along an environmental gradient 6/12/09 links the energy-dependent Creation of ecologically relevant phenotypes to pH-dependent biophysically constrained viral latency across kingdoms via single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in microRNAs (miRNAs).

…we report on T cell immunity in infected and vaccinated individuals, identifying CD4+/CD8+ T cell cytokine responses to SARS-CoV-2 and variant peptides…

Light-activated carbon fixation and peptide synthesis at the origin of life have since been linked to biophysically constrained HERVs via energy-dependent changes in SNPs and Visualizing a protonated RNA state that modulates microRNA-21 maturation
See how they bury the facts about biophysically constrained human endogenous retroviruses in their conclusion:

The development of dormancy in memory T cells, B cells, and plasma cells is a natural temporal evolution after infection and/or vaccination that produces populations that can rapidly be activated upon re-exposure to SARS-CoV-2 and are likely to have an important role in preventing or modifying infection by SARS-CoV-2 VOCs [9, 10]. An important consideration in this regard is the dissipation of humoral immunity over time. IgG responses are critical for sterilizing immunity. However, T cell immunity does require an infection to reactivate memory responses. This may result in mild or asymptomatic infections that would be considered “breakthrough” infection. Thus, the level and robustness of T cell memory responses would likely affect the clinical manifestations of the disease.

Biologically uninformed theorists bet on the likelihood that they could confuse everyone with their jargon. Natural temporal evolution is an example of the jargon they must continue to use. Dissipation of humoral immunity over time is linked to the need for booster shots containing synthetic mRNA in the context of needing annual vaccines for other coronaviruses, such as the influenza viruses.
There is nothing new about the facts except that vaccines containing synthetic mRNA have not been tested for long-term effects on biophysically constrained human endogenous retroviruses (HERVs.) It is likely that nutrient stress and/or social stress will cause constraint breaking mutations in HERVs that are not likely to be beneficial.  In fact, so far as is known, no mutations have been beneficial during the past 5-10,000 years of the energy-dependent Creation of ecological phenotypes.

The findings confirm their earlier work suggesting that the majority of variants, including potentially harmful ones, were picked up during the past 5,000–10,000 years.

For contrast, Greg Bear linked food energy-dependent pheromone-regulated genetic processes of reproduction to biophysically constrained HERVs in a series of books.
See: Blood Music, Darwin’s Radio, Darwin’s Children. He subsequently linked a genetically engineered virus to memory loss, akin to Alzheimer’s in Quantico.
Intelligent serious scientists are still laughing about the fact that the facts were placed into the context of a comedy routine in 2007:

When genes are swapped, bacteria can adapt quickly to new opportunities. In the case of bacterial pathogens, they can rapidly exploit a potential marketplace of naïve hosts. In a way, decisions are made, quorums are reached, recipes are traded, and behaviors change.

Human endogenous retroviruses are real, and many of them have been in our DNA for tens of millions of years. Even more interesting, some have a close relationship to the virus that causes AIDS, HIV.

The acronym HERV–human endogenous retrovirus–became my mantra. In 1997 and 1998, I searched the literature (and the internet) for more articles about these ancient curiosities–and located a few pieces here and there, occasional mention in monographs, longer discussions in a few very specialized texts. I was especially appreciative of the treatment afforded to HERV in the Cold Spring Harbor text Retroviruses, edited by Drs. Coffin, Varmus, and Hughes. But to my surprise, the sources were few, and there was no information about HERV targeted to the general layman.

Cell type differentiation is not a topic that can be explained to the general layman.
