God’s microRNA-mediated Creation of genotypes (5)

By: James V. Kohl | Published on: September 21, 2021

Summary: Energy-dependent changes in single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in microribonucleic acids (microRNAs/miRNAs) were linked from femotosecond blasts of UV light to DNA repair via an extremely sensitive assay for the label-free optical detection and suppression of interfering effects caused by non-specific binding.

(This article belongs to the Special Issue Extended Reality: From Theory to Applications)

All interactions are energy-dependent and microRNA-mediated. ~250 newly indexed articles attest to that fact, which is not supported by stupid theories.
Light-activated carbon fixation is the link to reality across kingdoms. See: microRNA There is no mixed reality. All interactions start with the God of Abraham’s Creation of sunlight and humidity. Everything indexed on 9/20/21 is a light-activated pH-dependent microRNA-mediated theory killer.
See: The Rice EP3 and OsFBK1 E3 ligases alter plant architecture and flower development, and affect transcript accumulation of microRNA pathway genes and their targets 9/20/21

Loss, reduction or gain of function lines for EP3 and OsFBK1, show that EP3 and OsFBK1 affect plant architecture, organ size, floral organ number and size, floral morphology, pollen viability, grain size and weight.

These results suggest the importance of the Nrf2 gene C > A (rs 6,721,961) polymorphism in the etiology of sperm DNA damage as a risk factor for male infertility.”

It’s another example of how SNPs in microRNAs can be linked to all pathology via an energy-dependent change in one polymorphism.
Viruses steal the energy, and the facts  about energy-dependent healthy longevity across kingdoms were detailed in 1996, when microRNAs were still called pre-mRNAs.

…differential miRNA pattern induced by respiratory viruses has been reported, including include influenza A virus (IAV), human respiratory syncytial virus (HRSV), human metapneumovirus (HMPV), adenovirus (AdV), and more recently, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection.

Vaccinations can be a controversial subject for many people, especially when it comes to injections. So what if you could replace your next shot with a salad instead?

Salads link light-activated carbon fixation to repair of virus-driven DNA damage via this patent for naturally occurring protonated RNA interference, which is the key to prevention of all virus-driven pathology across kingdoms. RNA-Guided Human Genome Engineering
