Orchestrated death: Sir Paul Nurse

Epigenetics, the misunderstood science that could shed new light on ageing 10/10/21

…some people include RNA modifications in their definition of epigenetics… Thatโ€™s why Ewan Birney… says that epigenetic sequencing stands poised to revolutionise science: โ€œWeโ€™re opening up an entirely new world.โ€

That’s why the biologically uninformed science idiot, Ewan Birney blocked me from seeing his tweets. He knows that our 1996 Hormones and Behavior review included a section on molecular epigenetics. See: From Fertilization to Adult Sexual Behavior.
We made it clear that no definitions were required. That fact was clarified further in The Paradigm Shifters: Overthrowing the ‘Hegemony of the Culture of Darwin’

“Natural genome editing” is the term I coined in 2008 at Salzburg.”

Natural genome editing is energy-dependent and microRNA-mediated. It links God’s Creation of sunlight and humidity to the patent for light-activated carbon fixation and the pH-dependent prevention of all virus-driven pathology via RNA interference (RNAi), and to the transgenerational epigenetic inheritance of all morphological and behavioral phenotypes.

See for comparison: What Is Life?: Five Great Ideas in Biology. Nobel Laureate, Sir Paul Nurse does not believe in transgenerational epigenetic inheritance outside the context of what occurs in plants. But the great ideas were reported as: Epigenetics: Conducting The Symphony Of Genetics 8/2/21

Epigenetics explains how the same DNA code can guide some cells to behave differently from others. Epigenetics studies the chemical compounds and proteins that can attach to DNA and direct the actions to turn a specific gene โ€œonโ€ or โ€œoffโ€ โ€“ expressing or silencing a gene.

“Epigenetics explains” can be compared in the context of stupid gene-centric theories that have no explanatory power.

…infectious agents are the innovators of RNA stem loop group interactions of all life. They insert and delete, adapt, modify, and, most importantly, counterbalance competing genetic identities. They cooperate, edit genetic codes, and are at the basis of the secrets of life โ€“ including human life.

Watch for How Evolution Learnt to Learn July 6-9, 2022
Goals

This symposium assembles approximately 60 experts from different fields to discuss a new paradigmatic understanding of how Evolution learnt to learn, i.e., epigenetic marking, transgenerational inheritance, cell fate and identity, morphology, physiology, genetic instructions, neuroepigenetic reprogramming, memory/ learning, physical and mental disease, immunity, and the roles of persistent viruses and their co-opted and exapted defectives such as non-coding RNA networks and mobile genetic elements.

For a two-article summary of everything known about biophysically constrained viral latency and healthy longevity across kingdoms, see: Eukaryotic plankton diversity in the sunlit ocean 5/22/15 and Virus-mediated archaeal hecatomb in the deep seafloor 10/12/16
Remember people like Sir Paul Nurse, who ignored transgenerational epigenetic inheritance across species from cyanobacteria to humans, and people like Ewan Birney who want you to believe that what’s been known about molecular epigenetics for several decades has suddenly become something new.
