Summary: Given the overwhelming amount of scientific progress made toward eliminating all virus-driven pathology via changes in diet and/or microRNA-mediated treatments, EL-Sayed Mahgoub‘s theft of intellectual property is not funny.
He has been parroting my claims for several months without linking to the sources for his information. This presents a threat to Homeland Security via acts linked from his support for stupid gene-centric theories to crimes against humanity. The crimes against humanity typically fail to link God’s Creation of energy-as-information from single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in microRNAs to biophysically constrained viral latency and healthy longevity via the physiology of reproduction.
For example, I reported these three things based on a conversation with friends who have worked with Homeland Security.
1) CCR5 Targeted Cell Therapy for HIV and Prevention of Viral Escape
2) Jon Stewart interviews Greg Bear 6/1/07
3) A two-amino acid change in the hemagglutinin of the 1918 influenza virus abolishes transmission
I was about to follow up when EL-Sayed Mahgoub blocked me from seeing his posts. I suspect he will continue to steal the content when I post on: The CCR5-Delta32 Genetic Polymorphism and HIV-1 Infection Susceptibility: a Meta-analysis and CCR5Delta32 deletion as a protective factor in Czech first-wave COVID-19 subjects.
The CCR5-Delta32 polymorphism may predict the severity of SARS-CoV-2 and HIV infection. That claim can be linked from an attempt to create a HIV vaccine to the genetic engineering of SARS-CoV-2 in the Wuhan lab and attempts to create an effective vaccine for coronaviruses.

The vaccines may be unnecessary because coronaviruses are weakened by sunlight and humidity — as stated clearly by former President Trump on 4/23/20. Sunlight and humidity biophysically constrain the effects of the environment on microRNA biogenesis, and downstream effects on cell type differentiation across kingdoms from microbes to humans.

I fell behind as newer articles were published and/or indexed, but I will now continue to list articles that were indexed on PubMed on 10/25/21 It will become obvious that spurious claims about being “the first” to link some aspect of microRNA-mediated biophysically constrained viral latency across kingdoms will continue to be made by those who have missed everything known to intelligent serious scientists for ~130 years.

Regulation of autophagy by miRNAs in human diseases

…in some of these reports, the miRNAs do not solely regulate autophagy but also the crosstalk between autophagy and other cell death pathways (apoptosis) and stress (ER stress) pathways. This finding further expands the scope of miRNA-based targeted therapy beyond the realms of autophagy in these models. Finally, it is encouraging that certain traditional medicines and small molecule drugs are reported to employ the miRNA-autophagy network in some of the disease models.

Epigenetics of Immunoglobulin G Glycosylation

…the expression of many glycosyltransferases is regulated by DNA methylation and by microRNA (miRNA) molecules, but the involvement of other epigenetic mechanisms, such as histone modifications, in the regulation of glycosylation-related genes (glycogenes) is still poorly understood.

Glycosylation cannot be understood by fools who place DNA methylation before energy-dependent microRNA-mediated RNA interference (RNAi)
MicroRNAs in the Onset of Schizophrenia

…we examine how hemizygosity for DGCR8, which encodes an obligate component of the complex that synthesizes miRNA precursors, may contribute to the onset of psychosis in patients with 22q11.2 microdeletions and how animal models of this disorder can help us understand the many roles of miRNAs in the onset of schizophrenia.

Role of microRNAs in Disorders of Gut-Brain Interactions: Clinical Insights and Therapeutic Alternatives

Studies have shown miRNAs regulate gut functions such as visceral sensation, gut immune response, GI barrier function, enteric neuronal development, and GI motility. These biological processes are highly relevant to the gut where neuroimmune interactions are key contributors in controlling gut homeostasis and functional defects lead to DGBIs.

Virus-Induced Tumorigenesis and IFN System

This review aims to collect recent studies on the complex relationship between the host innate response to oncogenic viruses (i.e., HPV, HTLV-1, MCPyV, JCPyV, Herpesviruses, HBV, HCV) and tumorigenic processes by focusing mainly on regulatory crosstalks between viral components and the type I IFN system. It is a picture of new mechanisms by which type I IFNs may be affected and, in turn, affect signaling pathways to mediate anti-proliferative and antiviral responses in virus-induced tumorigenic context. Studies on cellular and viral miRNAs machinery, as well as cellular communication and microenvironment modification via classical secretion mechanisms and extracellular vesicle-mediated delivery are described.

Home and Away: The Role of Non-Coding RNA in Intracellular and Intercellular DNA Damage Response

Non-coding RNA (ncRNA) has recently emerged as a vital component of the DNA damage response (DDR), which was previously believed to be solely regulated by proteins. Many species of ncRNA can directly or indirectly influence DDR and enhance DNA repair, particularly in response to double-strand DNA breaks, which may hold therapeutic potential in the context of cancer.

Footprints of microRNAs in Cancer Biology

The mechanisms by which miRNA exerts its cancer-promoting or inhibitory effects are apparent through the various cancer hallmarks, which include selective proliferative advantage, altered stress response, vascularization, invasion and metastasis, metabolic rewiring, the tumor microenvironment and immune modulation; therefore, this review aims to highlight the association between miRNAs and the various cancer hallmarks by dissecting the mechanisms of miRNA regulation in each hallmark separately.
