President Joe Biden’s scientific advisor, Eric Lander linked the facts about co-suppression and RNAi in petunias from biophysically constrained viral latency in plants to healthy longevity in humans in this 2012 representation of light-activated microRNA-mediated cause and effect.

Tagging him in my tweets, and inviting him to comment has not led him to do so. It’s one thing to wait 9 years to say more about how the ATP-dependent creation of RNA and RNAi biophysically constrain viral latency across kingdoms. It is different when he knows that former President Trump’s claims on 4/23/20 linked sunlight and humidity to the pH-dependent end of the coronavirus pandemic, and to the end of all virus-driven pathology across kingdoms via the patent for naturally occurring light-activated carbon fixation and RNAi.

Repetitive elements or endogenous viral elements can be targeted with engineered Cas+gRNA systems in microbes, plants, animals, or human cells to reduce deleterious transposition or to aid in sequencing or other analytic genomic/transcriptomic/proteomic/diagnostic tools (in which nearly identical copies can be problematic).

The fact that energy-dependent RNAi biophysically constrains endogenous viral elements / human endogenous retroviruses (HERVs), which are reactivated by nutrient stress or social stress, can be examined in the context of a recent publication that was co-authored by George M. Church in collaboration with researchers from China.

In summary, miR-138 targets ICP0, Oct-1 and Foxc1 to repress HSV-1 lytic cycle genes and promote epigenetic gene silencing, which together enable favourable conditions for latent infection.

Latent infection is biophysically constrained viral latency manifested in the context of HERVs. The importance of HERVs can be linked to the importance of biophysically constrained endogenous retroviruses in all other species. But, if you want to keep the focus on humans, see:

Any intelligent serious scientist who has not yet publicly linked light-activated carbon fixation to inhibited replication of all viruses and HERVs across kingdoms via pattern recognition in the context of RNAi is a fool or a liar.
George M. Church appears to be nothing more than a profiteer who does not care about the unnecessary suffering and premature deaths. Here’s how others perceived his obfuscation of facts about biophysically constrained HERVs.
