The number of intelligent serious scientists who have integrated what is known about the physics, chemistry, and molecular biology of naturally occurring biophysically constrained microRNA-mediated viral endemicity and healthy longevity attests to the fact that most of them have been silenced.

Indeed, in response to many of my Facebook Posts, Facebook claims:

Twitter uses algorithms to prevent dissemination of facts.

RNAi is a powerful mechanism for controlling mammalian gene expression. Studies of detailed molecular mechanisms for individual miRNAs will build a better understanding of how RNAi proteins, miRNAs, and cellular RNA targets act in concert to regulate gene expression. This foundation of rigorous research, coupled with an unbiased view about the boundaries of RNAi, will unlock discoveries and likely point the field in new directions both unexpected and exciting.

In the early 1990s, the late Robert L. Moss, urged me to “write the book” about the epigenetically-effected boundaries of RNAi, and my co-author, the late Robert T. We linked food odors and pheromones from epigenetic effects on hormones to the affects of hormones on behavior. The late, Bruce S. McEwen told me that would be required to validate my model of top-down causation and confirmed that evidence of c-fos activation in GnRH neurosecretory neurons of the hypothalamus was the appropriate.

The discovery of new miRNAs and the identification of their targets and functions are fundamental to understanding the biological processes regulated by them, as well as the role they play in diseases. This present study researched miRNAs function at nuclear level and as circulating molecules.
