RNA-mediated silencing (2)

Transcriptional and post-transcriptional control of epithelial-mesenchymal plasticity: why so many regulators? 3/12/22
God’s Creation of sunlight and humidity at the origin of life ~6000 years ago links light-activated carbon fixation in cyanobacteria to microRNA-mediated protein folding chemistry and healthy longevity across kingdoms via the number of regulators. Fixation of amino acid substitutions is the link to viral endemicity. The facts are clear in:

Cellulose: A Plant Cell Biology Game , a STEM toy for ages 14+, which links God’s Creation of sunlight and humidity from photosynthesis to pH-dependent microRNA-mediated protein folding chemistry and cell type differentiation by starting with the creation of the cell membrane.
For comparison: An evolutionarily biased distribution of miRNA sites toward regulatory genes with high promoter-driven intrinsic transcriptional noise 4/4/14 was linked to facts about:
The need to buffer such transcriptomic noise. The facts require ecological adaptations, which have been linked to the energy-dependent creation of more complex regulatory programs and higher scales of network architecture.
There is no experimental evidence of top-down energy-dependent causation that supports claims that link evolutionary bias to stupid theories.

The size and complexity of the gene regulatory networks (GRNs) associated with EMT reflect the importance of correct regulation of the process, as well as those additional features such as the diversity of contexts in which EMT must operate, the need for reversibility and the specific importance of hybrid states.

Size and complexity are energy-dependent. The dynamic transition between ATP-dependent epithelial-like and mesenchymal-like cell states reflects the importance of Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition (EMT), which we placed into the context of our section on molecular epigenetics. See: From Fertilization to Adult Sexual Behavior (1996). Theorists have not linked the ATP-dependent Creation of RNA from light-activated carbon fixation in cyanobacteria to via microRNA biogenesis and microRNA-mediated protein folding chemistry. They are like lost children searching for support for their stupid theories.
Instead, they link the genetic machinery that controls complex biological processes to evolution via the E/M state, E/M continuum, E/M spectrum, E/M plasticity, E/M status of a cell, E/M cells linked and E/M phenotypes. Multiple transcription factors automagically evolve in the context of their overwhelming ignorance of physics, chemistry, and microRNA-mediated biologically based cause and effect.
See for comparison the claims of energy-dependent “…adaptability in a dynamic environment…” The claims start with natural selection for energy-dependent information processing.

Both the above articles linked reasearch from Russia and research from China to microRNA-mediated prevention of all virus-driven diseases.
After we published The Scent of Eros: Mysteries of Odor in Human Sexuality, in 1995, Eshel Ben-Jacob continued to link “…adaptability in a dynamic environment…” to every aspect of ecological adaptations, and he did so until he died in 2015, which was long after after we published our 2002 update.
However, as noted above: Stability of the hybrid epithelial/mesenchymal phenotype via microRNA biogenesis was published posthumously on 5/10/16

Indications that GnRH peptide plays an important role in the control of sexual behaviors suggest that pheromone effects on these behaviors might also involve GnRH neurons.

and  Olfactory perception of 6 amino acids by human subjects 2/26/20

These results suggest that amino acids may contribute to the flavor of food not only as taste stimuli but also as olfactory stimuli perceived via ortho- or retronasal smelling. In contrast, it is unlikely that amino acids contribute to flavor perception via chemesthesis. Given that the odors of 4 of the 6 amino acids tested here were detected at concentrations lower than their corresponding taste detection thresholds, this may have important implications for the widespread use of amino acids as food additives as well as for the evaluation of off-flavors caused by amino acids.

Everything known to intelligent serious scientists has now been linked from claims about natural selection for energy-dependent codon optimalilty to claims about Maria Sibylla Merian’s Legacy, which presciently linked the diet of caterpillars to food energy-dependent pheromone-regulated genetic processes of microRNA-mediated metamorphosis across species.

She did not lose her interest in the metamorphosis of species, however, and published her first book about caterpillars in 1679 under the name Der Raupen Wunderbare Verwandelung und Sonderbare Blumennahrung (engl. “The Wondrous Transformation of Caterpillars and their Remarkable Diet of Flowers”). The “Anderer Theil” (engl. “Other volume”) followed in 1683.

Clearly, the only scientific progress that has been made toward understanding the molecular mechanisms of cancer prevention and effective treatment during the past two-three decades started with Bacterial self–organization: co–enhancement of complexification and adaptability in a dynamic environment 5/7/03 based on our claims From Fertilization to Adult Sexual Behavior (1996) and Greg Bear’s novels, which were reviewed in Evolution rising from the grave (2000) and Living with the Neanderthals (2003)

He also seeks to teach readers about science, to highlight our utilitarian politics and our inability to get along with each other, and to provide a quasi-rational basis for theology and morality.

He failed to do that, and instead published Quantico (2006). It predicted what would happen to a target population of Jews, if something like the SARS-CoV-2 virus was created in the Wuhan Lab – before others showed that it was created with US funding for broader-based population control.
Please note, recently I’ve lost friends who believe that this is all merely based on my opinions. That’s why I’m happy to share information about the STEM toy Cellulose: A Plant Cell Biology Game. It helps you to “Outgrow your friends.”
