Indeed, Footprints of a Singular 22-Nucleotide RNA Ring at the Origin of Life 4/25/20 suggests that NIH funding was used so that Baric et al., could genetically engineered a constraint-breaking novel coronavirus that acted outside the context of the origin of life, which means it led to unnecessary suffering and premature deaths.
