For comparison, nutrient stress and social stress link the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA (mRNA) to all pathology. The notion of informative communication corresponds to my view of bacteria as `adaptable generators’, that is, they alter themselves according to information received from the environment and send signals to bring about (generate) changes in other bacteria.

For comparison to claims about food energy that led to claims about how the metabolism of food to species-specific pheromones was linked to biophysically constrained viral latency across kingdoms has since been linked to claims about exosomal miRNAs, which are an an obvious link from light-activated endogenous substrates in all cell types to fixation of amino acid substitutions in microtubules. Energy-dependent fixation is biophysically constrained by pheromone-regulated genetic processes of reproduction in species from microbes to humans, unless the species automagically evolved from pond scum during the past millions of years of mutation-driven evolution.
For instance, evolutionists tout theories that link the emergence of energy from the cosmic void to ecologically relevant “magic traits.”

Dr. Kaixiong (Calvin) Ye’s research interest lies in Nutritional Genomics, a new interdisciplinary field bridging Nutritional Sciences and Human Genomics. They are interested in identifying genetic variants that historically helped human populations adapt to local diets and currently underlie individual differences in nutrient metabolism and metabolic disease risks.
