The devil is in the dirt (1)

Summary: Constraints on light-activated pH-dependent carbon fixation in cyanobacteria link the physiology of pheromone-regulated genetic processes from energy-dependent differences in marine bacteria & terrestrial bacteria to all biophysically constrained ecosystems via the physiology of reproduction and fixation of amino acid substitutions in microtubules, which have been linked to prevention of all virus-driven pathology.

Those facts were reported in the context of three science fiction novels written by Greg Bear. See for reviews: “Darwin’s Radio,” “Darwin’s Children,” and “Quantico.”

Fixation of amino acid substitutions in microtubules have also been linked to prevention & treatment of all virus-driven pathology across kingdoms via “Pheromones and the luteinizing hormone for inducing proliferation of neural stem cells and neurogenesis.” Pfizer controls that patent, which means you may never hear anything more about the facts.

However, MicroRNA Expression in the Infarcted Heart Following Neonatal Cardiovascular Progenitor Cell Transplantation in a Sheep Model of Stem Cell–Based Repair 12/23/22 links miR-146a controls the resolution of T cell responses in mice to biophysically constrained viral endemicity and healthy longevity via this claim from 8/27/12 (more than a decade ago).

Our findings also add microRNA to the list of regulators that control the resolution of T cell responses.

For a historical perspective on what has been known to all intelligent serious scientists about the ATP-dependent microRNA-mediated resolution of T cell responses, since 1964, see:

Dependence of RNA synthesis in isolated thymus nuclei on glycolysis, oxidative carbohydrate catabolism and a type of “oxidative phosphorylation”

The synthesis of RNA in isolated thymus nuclei is ATP dependent.

and

Biology, molecular and organismic

Ingram and others found that hemoglobin S differs from A in the substitution of just a single amino acid, valine in place of glutamic acid in the beta chain of the hemoglobin molecule.

and

A substitution in the glutathione reductase lowers electron leakage and inflammation in modern humans 1/5/22

Almost all present-day humans carry an amino acid substitution (S232G) in this enzyme relative to apes and Neanderthals.

For obfuscation of that fact by placing it into the context of mutation-driven evolution across millions of years, see

Swedish scientist Svante Paabo won the Nobel Prize in medicine Monday for his discoveries on human evolution that provided key insights into our immune system and what makes us unique compared with our extinct cousins, the award’s panel said. reported as Best of Last Year: The top Medical Xpress articles of 2022 Bob Yirka

If not for the collaborative efforts of stupid theorists, gullible or cooperative science journalists, and the FBI’s attempt to censor dissemination of facts on social media, you would probably already know how energy-dependent miRNA-mediated protein folding chemistry is linked to prevention of all virus-driven diseases across kingdoms via the physiology of reproduction.
