miRNA-mediated epigenetic states (1)

On 1/16/23, “I had a dream.” It came true when “Nature” published Instruction of epigenetic states from DNA sequences (1/16/23) It was linked to everything known to intelligent serious scientists about nutrient-dependent pheromone-regulated genetic processes of reproduction. The article regurgitated the fact that protection from the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA was linked to protection from virus driven entropy in our section on molecular epigenetics. See: From Fertilization to Adult Sexual Behavior (1996) and everything else I’ve published or presented during the past 30 years.

The weekend resurrection of the bacterial flagellum in P. fluorescens linked energy-dependent electron transfer in an ordered universe from the light-activated ATP-dependent Creation of ribonucleic acid (RNA) to supercoiled DNA via the physiology of pheromone-regulated reproduction in species from microbes to humans and to cancer prevention or effective treatment. See: Transcriptional regulation of nuclear miRNAs in tumorigenesis (Review) 5/20/22 and MicroRNAs as Regulators of Cancer Cell Energy Metabolism 8/18/22

For comparison, Nick Lane’s “Transformer” (2022) linked Luca Turin’s works on olfaction and pheromones from feedback loops to miRNA-mediated epigenetic effects on consciousness that extend across species via the physiology of pH-dependent reproduction in cyanobacteria. Lane ended with energy-dependent electron transfer that extends across species via the physiology of pH-dependent reproduction in cyanobacteria.

His book’s conclusion was a repeat of stupid claims that link ingestion of bacteria in cells to mitochondrial energy and facts about consciousness via the proton motive force and the glory of evolution.

See for comparison: The ancient heritage of water ice in the solar system 9/26/14

“…ion-driven deuterium pathways are inefficient, which curtails the disk’s deuterated water formation and its viability as the sole source for the solar system’s water. This finding implies that, if the solar system’s formation was typical, abundant interstellar ices are available to all nascent planetary systems.”

Reported as:

Water on Earth predates the solar system, and even the sun reports
The levels of deuterium and hydrogen in solar system water ice offer a tracer for chemical history, and Cleeves et al. model the processes at play.

More on this later. All you need to know now is that everything known to intelligent serious scientists was placed into the context of Past 5,000 years prolific for changes to human genome on 11/28/12

“The findings confirm their earlier work suggesting that the majority of variants, including potentially harmful ones, were picked up during the past 5,000–10,000 years.”

miR-21, miR-93, miR-191, miR-let-7b, and miR-499 Expression Level in Plasma and Cerebrospinal Fluid in Patients with Prolonged Disorders of Consciousness 12/29/22

“Obviously, miR levels in CSF reflect biochemical processes occurring in the brain. Since miRs pass through the blood–brain barrier, it is possible that they may also contribute to these same miR levels in the blood.”

This suggests energy-dependent consciousness is miRNA-mediated via epigenetic states. So does all other experimental evidence of biophysically constrained viral latency that must be ignored to promote stupid theories of how consciousness arose unless it is linked to the origin of life via Footprints of a Singular 22-Nucleotide RNA Ring at the Origin of Life 4/25/20

I’ve modeled how sex-specific miRNA differences in sexually differentiated yeast cells are linked to prevention of glyphosate-induced glioblastoma via nutrient-dependent pheromone-regulated genetic processes of stem cell creation and cell type differentiation across kingdoms. Effective treatments can be linked from proper nutrition to exosomal miRNAs and to prevention via fixation of amino acid substitutions in microtubules.
