miRNA-mediated epigenetic effects (10)

See: RNA’s ‘joints’ play key role in our gene expression, scientists find 2/13/23. It reports on this claim from Exon architecture controls mRNA m6A suppression and gene expression 1/27/23.

“…pre-mRNA splicing selectively suppresses m6A deposition….”

We reported an epigenetic link to pre-mRNA splicing in our 1996 Hormones and Behavior review of RNA-mediated cell type differentiation. From Fertilization to Adult Sexual Behavior.

“Small intranuclear proteins also participate in generating alternative splicing techniques of pre-mRNA and, by this mechanism, contribute to sexual differentiation in at least two species, Drosophila melanogaster and Caenorhabditis elegans (Adler and Hajduk, 1994; de Bono, Zarkower, and Hodgkin, 1995; Ge, Zuo, and Manley, 1991; Green, 1991; Parkhurst and Meneely, 1994; Wilkins, 1995; Wolfner, 1988). That similar proteins perform functions in humans suggests the possibility that some human sex differences may arise from alternative splicings of otherwise identical genes.”

Our colleagues who research human sexuality, preferred gene-centric theories to facts about alternative splicing techniques of pre-mRNA. Their unbridled passion for touting pseudoscientific nonsense led to the claims in What Is a Woman?: One Man’s Journey to Answer the Question of a Generation 6/14/22.

“The honest truth is that, in all their learning, they unlearned common sense.”

The first author of our 1996 review, Milton Diamond, is mentioned in the book. He was used as an example of common sense in

The John/Joan Case: Another perspective

The correct perspective has since led to attempts to defund the Kinsey Institute.

Attempts to continue state funding for pseudoscientific nonsense can now be placed into the context of alternative splicing techniques of pre-mRNA.

See: Identification of potential proteins translated from circular RNA splice variants 1/10/23

Their study identified novel splice variants and linked them from oxygen-dependent fixation of amino acid substitutions to their potential translation into differences in proteins. It establishes a pathway that’s conserved in species from yeasts to mammals, which regulates various physiological processes and behaviors via the ATP-dependent Creation of RNA and RNA interference.

USAF exome sequencing research links the oxygen-dependent creation of nucleic acids to fixation of amino acid substitutions and cell type differentiation across kingdoms via stem cell creation, the physiology of reproduction, chromosomal rearrangements, and the transgenerational epigenetic inheritance of viral latency, unless something goes wrong. See: Enabling Personalized Medicine Through Exome Sequencing in the U.S. Air Force (MilSeq)

See for example: Differences in circulating microRNA signature in Prader–Willi syndrome and non-syndromic obesity 10/8/18

Differences between nutrient-dependent pheromone-regulated genetic processes of unconstrained viral proliferation and biophysically constrained miRNA-mediated viral latency across kingdoms from microbes to humans were linked to the premature deaths of intubated/ventilatated COVID-19 patients via: Dysfunctional phenotype of systemic and pulmonary regulatory T cells associate with lethal COVID-19 cases 11/8/22 and CDC: The Centers For Disinformation And Censorship

Simply put, the patients were killed by the ignorance and arrogance of their providers and CDC’s failure to acknowledge the roll of blood gas analyses, which linked our oxygen-dependent amino acid repertoire to ecological adaptations in yeasts during the past 6,000 years.

It was reported on 3/18/23 in the context of feedback loops that biophysically constrain viral latency across kingdoms. See: New Research Explores How the Brain Impacts Outcomes for Heart Disease and Other Diseases 3/18/23

Facts about the feedback loops were linked to claims made in McEwen et al., (1964) and Dobzhansky (1964) via “Feedback loops link odor and pheromone signaling with reproduction” 11/18/05.

Circle back to my group’s claims in From fertilization to adult sexual behavior (1996) before pseudoscientific nonsense is linked to more unnecessary suffering and premature deaths by theorists who know nothing about stem cell creation and cell type differentiation because WHO broke the 2002 breakthrough: RNA interference (RNAi).
