Re: The end of all moronic theories.

On 5/22/23, “….an epigenetic correlation between promoter methylation and suppression of miRNA expression… linked “…unique miRNA-mRNA networks to facilitate age-specific functions in the developing central nervous system…” from energy-dependent biophysically constrained viral latency to healthy longevity via Cancer-associated fibroblasts and its derived exosomes: a new perspective for reshaping the tumor microenvironment

See also: Large-scale proteome and metabolome analysis of CSF implicates altered glucose and carbon metabolism and succinylcarnitine in Alzheimer’s disease 5/22/23 Muhammad Ali is a co-author. Is that an attempt to ridicule moronic theorists. As I recall, he died from Parkinson’s disease. See; Muhammad Ali and Young-Onset Idiopathic Parkinson Disease—The Missing Evidence.

Even if he is not still dead, there is evidence for my claim that the the virus-driven degradation of mRNA killed him and/or others like him. See: Single-frame deep-learning super-resolution microscopy for intracellular dynamics imaging 5/18/23

…SFSRM enables high-fidelity live-cell imaging with spatiotemporal resolutions of 30 nm and 10 ms, allowing for prolonged monitoring of subcellular dynamics such as interplays between mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum, the vesicle transport along microtubules, and the endosome fusion and fission.

For instance: Visualizing and discovering cellular structures with super-resolution microscopy was published on 8/31/18 There are now more than 158,000 indexed published works that mention mirnas.

Every intelligent serious scientist I’ve ever met linked the ATP-dependent Creation of RNA in regulatory T cells from oxidative phosphorylation to fixation of amino acid substitutions in microtubules and prevention of all virus-driven brain pathology.

The World Health Organization (WHO) and Stuart Hameroff must claim to know nothing about intracellular dynamics imaging, or accept fact that President Trump linked it to biophysically constrained coronavirus replication on 4/23/20.

For a prescient review of how sunlight and humidity constrain viral latency across kingdoms via intracellular dynamics imaging, the physiology of reproduction and RNA interference (RNAi), see our 1996 Hormones and Behavior review: From Fertilization to Adult Sexual Behavior

  1. Molecular epigenetics. It is now understood that certain genes undergo a process called “genomic or parental imprinting.” Early in embryonic development attached methyl groups become removed from most genes. Several days later, methyl groups are reattached in appropriate sites. Fascinatingly, some such genes reestablish methylation patterns based upon whether the chromosomal segment carrying the gene came from maternal or paternal chromosomes. These sexually dimorphic patterns are labeled genomic or parental imprinting, and these imprintings are inheritable but non-genetic modifications of specific genes (Razin and Shemer, 1995; Reik, 1989; Surani, 1991; Zuccotti and Monk, 1995).
  2. …epigenetic imprinting occurs in species as diverse as yeast, Drosophila, mice, and humans and is based upon small DNA-binding proteins called “chromo domain” proteins, e.g., polycomb. These proteins affect chromatin structure, often in telomeric regions, and thereby affect transcription and silencing of various genes (Saunders, Chue, Goebl, Craig, Clark, Powers, Eissenberg, Elgin, Rothfield, and Earnshaw, 1993; Singh, Miller, Pearce, Kothary, Burton, Paro, James, and Gaunt, 1991; Trofatter, Long, Murrell, Stotler, Gusella, and Buckler, 1995). Small intranuclear proteins also participate in generating alternative splicing techniques of pre-mRNA and, by this mechanism, contribute to sexual differentiation in at least two species, Drosophila melanogaster and Caenorhabditis elegans (Adler and Hajduk, 1994; de Bono, Zarkower, and Hodgkin, 1995; Ge, Zuo, and Manley, 1991; Green, 1991; Parkhurst and Meneely, 1994; Wilkins, 1995; Wolfner, 1988).

Changing the term pre-mRNA to miRNA appears to have confused many pseudoscientists and all moronic neo-Darwinian evolutionary theorists until yesterday, when “….an epigenetic correlation between promoter methylation and suppression of miRNA expression… was finally again linked to prevention of all virus-driven pathology via RNA interference.
