5-Part Differential Cell Counter

“This type of hematology analyzer utilizes both Coulter’s Principle and flow cytometry to determine the granularity, diameter, and inner complexity of the cells. Using hydrodynamic focusing, the cells are sent through an aperture one cell at a time. During this, a laser is directed at them, and the scattered light is measured at multiple angles. The absorbance is also recorded. The cell can be identified based on the intensity of the scattered light and the level of absorbance.[8] A 5-part cell counter can differentiate all WBC types (neutrophils, lymphocytes, basophils, eosinophils, and monocytes)…”

While serving in the USAF from 1970 to 1977, I went for extra training to learn from the manufacturer how to operate and maintain a 5-part cell counter with a built in laser. Maintenance required the basic understanding of quantum coherence and coherently organized biology combined with occasional disassembly and reassembly of the the laser-based aperture, which was the central feature of a $250,000 instrument.

Measurements of blood gasses taught me how to link sunlight and humidity to all pH-dependent life on Earth via the differentiation of cell types across kingdoms, which were exemplified by the measurements from the laser hematology analyzer.

In the early 1980’s, I began to develop a model that detailed every aspect of Nutrient-dependent Pheromone-Controlled Ecological Adaptations: From Angstroms to Ecosystems 4/18/18. George FR Ellis recapitulated my claims and added more facts in Top-down causation and quantum physics 10/22/18.

Next Generation Sequencing panels now provide examples of how energy-dependent changes in miRNAs are linked from stem cell Creation at the origin of life to all biodiversity via RNA-peptide interactions and measurements linked to hematopoietic stem cell Creation via the nutrient-dependent pheromone-regulated genetic processes of reproduction in species from microbes to humans.

It is no surprise that the C. elegans model organism exemplifies my claims in Nutrient-dependent/pheromone-controlled adaptive evolution: a model 6/14/13, which was a refutation of neo-Darwinian pseudoscientific nonsense about mutation-driven evolved biodiversity.

The modulation of neurotransmitters has been linked to The neuropeptidergic connectome of C. elegans 11/15/23, which requires a link to the energy-dependent Creation of peptides at the origin of life.

Stress linked differentiation of blood cells carrying hemoglobin was linked to the ATP-dependent Creation of RNA in regulatory T cells and prevention of virus-driven pathology via fixation of amino acid substitutions that differentiate primate cell types in 1964.

Ask yourself: “What kind of ignorant theorists link the claims in my life’s work From Fertilization to Adult Sexual Behavior (1996) to the pseudoscientific nonsense touted in Organizational Effects of Gonadal Hormones on Human Sexual Orientation 11/17/23 with no mention of my model or The structural and functional complexity of the integrative hypothalamus 10/26/23.”

David Puts is only one of them. Despite everything known to all intelligent serious scientists about RNA, the Epicenter of Genetic Information 9/22/23, Puts, and others like him, got trapped in a failed paradigm that has never been supported by experimental evidence from model organisms.

“Isn’t there likely to be useful information about mates that is better obtained through vision and touch than through smell? If so, selection would probably favor more reliable developmental patterns for visual and tactile preferences than classical conditioning to olfactory ones.”

There is no experimental evidence to suggest that anything except classically conditioned responses to olfactory input is responsible for any aspect of RNA-mediated behavior in any species. Summary: Puts is a “putz” (a stupid or worthless person who engages in inconsequential or unproductive activity.)
