Identification of constrained sequence elements across 239 primate genomes 11/29/23

Whole-genome alignment with primates reveals DNA elements conserved in humans 11/29/23

First reported in McEwen et al. (1964)

“The synthesis of RNA in isolated thymus nuclei is ATP dependent.”

and in Dobzhansky (1964)

“…hemoglobin S differs from A in the substitution of just a single amino acid, valine in place of glutamic acid in the beta chain of the hemoglobin molecule.”

The facts about amino acid substitutions were bastardized by all neo-Darwinian theorists and Big Bang Cosmologists who failed to link God’s Creation of sunlight and humidity from the oxygen-dependent physiology of reproduction at the pH-dependent origin of life to protection from the virus-driven degradation of mRNA via the genetic processes of food energy-dependent pheromone-regulated reproduction across kingdoms from microbes to humans and Biblical Genesis.

For examples of constraints on protein folding chemistry, see: From Fertilization to Adult Sexual Behavior (1996) and the recapitulation of our claims from our section on molecular epigenetics in A Kuhnian revolution in molecular biology: Most genes in complex organisms express regulatory RNAs 6/15/23

“These observations suggest that the original conception of genetic information was deficient and that most genes in complex organisms specify regulatory RNAs, some of which convey intergenerational information.”

Remember, if you do not start with energy-dependent miRNA-mediated gene expression (RNA interference) at the origin of life, all you have is a stupid theory.
