Experience-based reality and PTSD (2)

Coordinated Regulation of Polycomb Group Complexes through microRNAs in Cancer 8/16/11 linked claims from our molecular epigenetics section of From Fertilization to Adult Sexual Behavior (1996) to facts about the Trump assassination attempt on 7/13/24.

We wrote (citations in the manuscript): “Yet another kind of epigenetic imprinting occurs in species as diverse as yeast, Drosophila, mice, and humans and is based upon small DNA-binding proteins called “chromo domain” proteins, e.g., polycomb. These proteins affect chromatin structure, often in telomeric regions, and thereby affect transcription and silencing of various genes. Small intranuclear proteins also participate in generating alternative splicing techniques of pre-mRNA and, by this mechanism, contribute to sexual differentiation in at least two species, Drosophila melanogaster and Caenorhabditis elegans That similar proteins perform functions in humans suggests the possibility that some human sex differences may arise from alternative splicings of otherwise identical genes.

Sex differences in behavior are manifested in the number of assassination attempts and suicide attempts made by men compare to the number made by women. On 7/20/21, the claims of Robert F. Service regurgitated facts about miRNAs that have repeatedly been linked from RNA interference to the number of unsuccessful and successful attempts. See ‘Gold mine of unexplored biology’: Short protein sequences could dramatically expand human genome.

“When genes are translated into proteins, they are first transcribed into snippets of messenger RNA (mRNA). Cellular organelles called ribosomes then read those mRNA sequences and follow their instructions to string together amino acids into proteins.”

We called the short mRNA sequences pre-mRNAs in our 1996 review of RNA-mediated chromosomal rearrangements and sex differences in protein folding chemistry. Since then, pre-mRNAs have typically been called miRNAs. See for examples mirnas 173,704 results.

Robert F. Service obfuscates the facts about RNA interference by referring to miRNAs as small RNAs.

On 4/23/20, former President Trump put claims about sunlight and humidity into the context of how miRNAs link prevention of coronavirus replication and prevention of other virus-driven pathology because sunlight and humidity are liked to fixation of amino acid substitutions in microtubules.

See: Vibrations in Microtubules (1997) allow the nutrient-dependent pheromone regulated physiology of reproduction to biophysically constrain virus-driven damage to DNA across kingdoms fixation of amino acid substitutions in microtubules. The facts about microtubule inhibitors and effective cancer treatment from Disrupting Cancer (12/5/14) led to the assassination attempt via these additional facts that link energy-dependent peptide synthesis at the origin of life to all biodiversity via:

Tirzepatide prevents neurodegeneration through multiple molecular pathways 1/29/24

Structural mechanism of bridge RNA-guided recombination 6/26/24

Research progress on the mechanism of exosome-mediated virus infection 6/25/24

Simultaneous detection of multiple microRNAs based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer under a single excitation 7/5/24

Regulatory Peptide Encoded by the Primary Transcript of miR396a Influences Gene Expression and Root Development in Solanum lycopersicum 7/12/24

The link to behavior is clear. Knowing the facts will prevent the unnecessary suffering and premature deaths of everyone you love, including the past and the next President of the USA.

“…glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor agonists (GLP1-RAs) reduce the risk of dementia in type 2 diabetes patients by improving memory, learning, and overcoming cognitive impairment.”

The link to the assassination attempt is clearer, unless you are a biologically uninformed theorist.

“I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin,” he wrote on social media.
