Experience-based reality and PTSD (7)

In 2012, at the Society for Neuroscience (SfN) annual meeting in New Orleans, I learned that our claims about RNA-mediated cell type differentiation in From Fertilization to Adult Sexual Behavior (1996) were linked from energy-dependent miRNA biogenesis to miRNA-mediated regulated protection from cancer via Coordinated regulation of polycomb group complexes through microRNAs in cancer 8/16/11, and to prevention of all virus-driven pathology via biophysically constrained protein folding chemistry across kingdoms.

Though discussion with others who attended the annual meeting, I confirmed that RNA interference (the 2002 Science Breakthrough of the Year) was the key to all miRNA-mediated biodiversity. There are now 173,958 results from a PubMed search for miRNAs.

See for example: Spermidine as an epigenetic regulator of autophagy in neurodegenerative disorders 7/18/24.

Understanding the link to miRNA-mediated autophagy (3,989 results) is more important now that Joe Biden is no longer a contender for President in 2024. Simply put, the Democrats failed to link supplements containing spermidine to prevention of his rapidly progressing dementia.

Democrats may still continue to lie about what Donald J. Trump linked from God’s Creation of sunlight, humidity, to constraints on viral latency. But, on 4/23/20, Trump never said to inject bleach. Lying about what Trump claimed may have cost Joe Biden and others what they value most: money and political power.

Intelligent people never believed that energy automagically emerged from the cosmic void, or that people evolved from pond scum. Biden is becoming a brain dead example of the fact that Trump continues to fight “For God and Country.

For comparison to facts about God’s Creation of energy-dependent autophagy, see: The evolutionary expert discusses the triumphs and challenges of the groundbreaking research on Galápagos Islands finches she undertook with her husband, Peter 7/21/24

“…we recognise 17 distinct species of Galápagos finches and there is also one on Cocos Island. We now know they all evolved from a single ancestral species in the last one to two million years…”

No experimental evidence of top-down quantum coherence and coherently organized biology attests to that moronic claim about evolution during millions of years. See for comparison: Dependence of RNA synthesis in isolated thymus nuclei on glycolysis, oxidative carbohydrate catabolism and a type of “oxidative phosphorylation” (1964)

“The synthesis of RNA in isolated thymus nuclei is ATP dependent.”

Start with God’s Creation of sunlight and humidity and link it to the claims in: Cellulose: A Plant Cell Biology Game (for ages 14+)

“A Plant Cell Biology Game is a worker placement game that puts 1-5 players inside a plant cell, where they will compete over limited resources in order to undergo photosynthesis, produce carbohydrates, and build the cell wall to score points. With everyone vying for the same actions, players must time their use of proteins, hormones, and cell component cards in order to diversify their strategies and outplay the competition!”

For comparison, see: Human erythrocytes’ perplexing behaviour: erythrocytic microRNAs 7/22/24, which recapitulates the claims made by Trump on 4/23/20 and claims made in Biblical Genesis.

“Erythrocyte-derived exosomal miRNAs, can interact with various body cell types, and have easy access to all regions, making them potentially crucial in various pathophysiological conditions.

Alternatively, see The Light Eaters: How the Unseen World of Plant Intelligence Offers a New Understanding of Life on Earth 5/7/24. The author links everything known about plants to what intelligent serious scientists know about the energy-dependent miRNA-mediated Creation of cells, and cell type differentiation. She does this in the context of nonsense about billions and/or millions of years of natural selection for beneficial mutations.
