Congratulatioons: You have arrived at the explanation of experimental evidence that refutes moronic theories. The theories have no explanatory power.

“Given P53′s function as a redox-sensitive transcription factor, and insulin’s role as a crucial regulator of energy metabolism, their indirect interplay with mt-circRNAs could influence cellular outcomes.”

The effect of miRNAs on cellular outcomes is predicted and demonstrated in 176,219 results from this search for miRNAs. For comparison, there has never been any experimental evidence that supports stupid neo-Darwinian theories.

However, on 9/26/24 GROK on “X” reported a moronic answer to questions about: @RNA-peptide theory, a neo-Darwinian theory.

Answer

The RNA-peptide coevolution theory, often discussed within the broader context of the RNA world hypothesis, suggests that early life on Earth might have evolved through a stage where both RNA and peptides played interconnected roles before the full development of the DNA-RNA-protein system we see in modern biology. Here are some key points based on discussions and studies up to my last update:

  • RNA World Hypothesis: This hypothesis posits that RNA molecules were key to the origin of life because RNA can both store genetic information and catalyze chemical reactions. This dual functionality addresses part of the chicken-and-egg problem regarding whether genetic material or proteins (enzymes) came first.
  • Transition to RNA-Peptide World: The RNA world hypothesis does not fully explain how or why proteins, which are now the primary catalysts in cells, became so integral. The RNA-peptide theory suggests that peptides started to form and interact with RNA, leading to a co-evolution where RNA could have catalyzed peptide synthesis, and these peptides could have, in turn, stabilized or enhanced RNA functions.
  • Chemical Plausibility: Research has indicated that under certain prebiotic conditions, amino acids (the building blocks of peptides and proteins) could have been present and could interact with RNA. For instance, non-canonical RNA bases, thought to be relics from an RNA world, have been shown to facilitate the synthesis of peptides directly on RNA strands, suggesting a chemical pathway from RNA to peptides.
  • Advantages of RNA-Peptide Coevolution:
    • Catalytic Enhancement: Peptides could enhance the catalytic functions of RNA or provide new functions, leading to more complex biochemical processes.
    • Stability: Peptides might have provided protection or stability to RNA molecules, which are otherwise quite unstable compared to DNA.
    • Evolution of Translation: This theory provides a potential stepping stone towards the development of the ribosome and the modern translation process, where RNA directs protein synthesis.
  • Challenges and Considerations:
    • The exact mechanisms of how RNA and peptides would have coevolved are still subjects of research and speculation. How RNA could manage to synthesize peptides consistently, or how these peptides would have provided an evolutionary advantage substantial enough to lead to their integration into life’s biochemistry, remains under investigation.
    • Critics might argue about the complexity of establishing such a system without the sophisticated machinery we see in cells today, like the ribosome, which itself is a complex of RNA and protein.

From posts on X and general scientific discourse up to 2024, the RNA-peptide theory is often invoked to bridge the gap between the RNA world and the current DNA-RNA-protein world, offering a scenario where the earliest forms of life might not have been solely dependent on RNA’s ability to replicate and catalyze but also on its interaction with early peptides. However, remember that while this theory is compelling, it remains one of several hypotheses in the study of life’s origins, each with its evidence and gaps.

The answer from GROX (X) Articificial Intelligence is a stupid answer. The only reason theories are used to bridge gaps between facts about light-matter interactions at the origin of life and biophysically constrained healthy longevity is the overwhelming ignorance of indoctrinated college graduates.

For example, Andrew Jones pitted the abiogenesis theory against the facts I detailed in an indexed peer-reviewed publication on ecological adaptations in species from microbes to mammals. See: Nutrient-dependent/pheromone-controlled adaptive evolution: a model 6/14/13

In Criticisms of the nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled evolutionary model he misrepresented the claims I made about epigenetic effects on hormones and the affects of hormones on ecological adaptations — as if my model was an evolutionary model of beneficial mutations. There has never been experimental evidence to suggest a model of evolution via beneficial mutations. However, Jones wrote:

“Based on his writings, both published and unpublished, James Kohl presents an unsupported challenge to modern evolutionary theory and misrepresentations of established scientific terms and others’ research. It was a mistake to let such a sloppy review through to be published.” – Andrew Jones, BA ude.egahtrac@4senoja

This editor’s note is a classic response to foolish college students and opinionated fools who have not published on top-down quantum causation in peer-reviewed journals.

Editor’s note

The 2013 review article by James Vaughn Kohl published in Socioaffective Neuroscience & Psychology and criticized in the above Letter to the Editor was subjected to standard peer review and the revised version was accepted by me after it had been accepted by both reviewers.

During the past 11 years since his moronic criticism of my model, there has been no more support for the claims of those, like Andrew Jones, who continue to pit stupid theories against the well-detailed facts from GROK @microRNApro

Answer

Given the guidelines and the information available up to September 26, 2024, here’s a response tailored to what might be inferred from X posts and general knowledge about microRNA:

The handle @microRNApro seems to be associated with a user or entity deeply interested in the scientific exploration of microRNAs (miRNAs), their role in cellular processes, and their implications in diseases like cancer, as well as broader biological and philosophical discussions. Here are some insights based on activities and interests likely reflected in posts by @microRNApro:

  • Scientific Advocacy: @microRNApro appears to advocate for the understanding of miRNAs not just as mere biological entities but as pivotal in the regulation of gene expression, potentially playing critical roles in the development, progression, and treatment of diseases. There’s a focus on how miRNAs could serve as clinical indicators or targets for medical treatments.
  • Interdisciplinary Approach: The user integrates discussions from quantum physics to molecular biology, suggesting a belief in a interconnectedness of scientific disciplines. This might be in an attempt to explain life’s complexities through a unified theory or at least through a multidisciplinary lens, which is not commonly embraced in conventional scientific discourse.
  • Critique of Mainstream Science: There’s an evident skepticism towards mainstream scientific thought or at least how it’s interpreted or communicated. This includes challenging the narrative around evolution, the role of viruses, and perhaps even how scientific research is conducted or funded.
  • Link to Environmental Factors: Posts might often link back to how environmental factors like sunlight and humidity impact biological processes at a molecular level, emphasizing the biophysical constraints and energy dependencies of life processes, particularly in plants and human health.
  • Public Education and Awareness: There seems to be an effort to educate or at least provoke thought among followers or the general audience on X about the significance of miRNAs in health, suggesting public resources or recent studies to back claims or encourage further reading.
  • Controversial Stances: The user might engage in or initiate debates that could be seen as controversial, especially when intertwining scientific theories with philosophical or religious contexts, or when challenging established scientific paradigms like evolution through natural selection.
  • Use of External References: @microRNApro often refers to or recommends literature, scientific articles, or other educational content, indicating an attempt to ground discussions in existing research, even if interpreting or applying it in unconventional ways.

Remember, this profile analysis is speculative based on the nature of the username, the common themes associated with such a name, and the type of content typically shared around the topic of microRNAs on platforms like X. If @microRNApro has specific posts or threads, they would likely dive into these areas with more detail or personal commentary.

All my posts and threads are supported by claims in 176,207 results from today’s PubMed search for miRNAs. A recent addition comes from researchers in Korea who probably learned about light-matter interactions from the legacy of young earth creationists who taught them in the early 1980’s.

See: Development of a molecular glue-based Lin28 degrader to regulate cellular proliferation and stemness 9/26/24

“a novel molecular glue-based degrader targeting Lin28. SB1349 induces Lin28 degradation through a proteasome-dependent pathway, enhances let-7 miRNA levels, and downregulates oncogenes c-Myc and IMP1. SB1349 also promotes the differentiation in neuroblastoma cells, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic agent for various diseases.”

I confirmed with a family member who also is a Ph.D polymer chemist that the potential of hydrogen (pH) is the only link from God’s Creation of energy at the origin of life to its biophysically constrained biodiversity via stem cell Creation.

I’m not sure what stupid theorists do not understand about the facts, because they won’t address them. See: Ben Feringa “2013 was the year in which prophesy from the bible became reality.” 11/20/18

See also: miR-96-5p expression is sufficient to induce and maintain the senescent cell fate in the absence of stress 9/26/24

These results clearly demonstrate that a single microRNA is sufficient to drive early senescence in the absence of genotoxic stress through targeting epigenetic and transcriptional regulators, identifying novel targets for the development of senotherapeutics.

If you weren’t taught to link energy as information to biophysically constrained protein folding chemistry at the origin of life, you may not understand the fact that miRNA abundance has been linked to healthy longevity across kingdoms because it prevents the virus-driven degradation of mRNA.
