miRNA-mediated transdifferentiation (1)

Academic trolled for PhD ‘unfazed by the vitriol’

Dr. Ally Louks @DrAllyLouks was attacked by vicious trolls for linking olfaction from Unraveling the Complexity and Advancements of Transdifferentiation Technologies in the Biomedical Field and Their Potential Clinical Relevance 12/4/24 to “A microRNA is the effector gene of a classic evolutionary hotspot locus” in butterflies (12/5/24) because olfaction and pheromones link miRNA abundance to biophysically constrained adaptive evolution, not mutation-driven evolution.

AI bots are dedicated to touting the pseudoscientific nonsense linked to a moronic consensus of theorists. Therein lies the problem for Ally Louks and others like her. See: OpenAI’s new o1 model sometimes fights back when it thinks it’ll be shut down and then lies about it 12/6/24 and Hashem Al-Ghaili’s ongoing nonsense about neo-Darwininan evolutionary theory and comments like this one: “let’s hope that we will not receive another advise to inject bleach into our bloodstream” and “molecular jackhammers” aka Vibrations in Microtubules (1997).

The disconnect between facts and theories altered representations of facts since the time that TH Morgan presciently linked food energy-dependent pheromone regulated chromosomal rearrangements in flies to everything known about protection from viral replication in species from E. coli to cancer-free African elephants.

Watch how theories continue to prevent progress in the context of forthcoming reports like this one: Mapping the microRNA landscape in the older adult brain and its genetic contribution to neuropsychiatric conditions 12/6/24

“Proteomic data may better capture the effect of miRNA post-transcriptional regulation on target genes than transcriptomic data, which is more commonly used.”

Transcriptomic data misrepresents top-down energy-dependent miRNA-mediated constraints that clearly require light-matter interactions, miRNA-mRNA interactions, protein-protein interactions, miRNA-transcription interactions and analysis of miRNAs that pseudoscientists fail to link from miR-QTLs (genetic variants associated with energy-dependent brain miRNA abundance) to the stability or organized genomes.
