The Creation of sunlight and humidity at the origin of life links hydrogen bond analysis to pH-dependent miRNA-mediated sperm function. See: Exploring miR-34a, miR-449, and ADAM2/ADAM7 Expressions as Potential Biomarkers in Male Infertility: A Combined In Silico and Experimental Approach 2/10/25

“Molecular epigenetics. It is now understood that certain genes undergo a process called โ€œgenomic or parental imprinting.โ€ Early in embryonic development attached methyl groups become removed from most genes. Several days later, methyl groups are reattached in appropriate sites. Fascinatingly, some such genes reestablish methylation patterns based upon whether the chromosomal segment carrying the gene came from maternal or paternal chromosomes. These sexually dimorphic patterns are labeled genomic or parental imprinting, and these imprintings are inheritable but non-genetic modifications of specific genes (Razin and Shemer, 1995; Reik, 1989; Surani, 1991; Zuccotti and Monk, 1995).”

“scEGOT is a versatile, data-driven method that can advance our understanding of cell differentiation dynamics,” Dr. Yachimura commented. “By uncovering epigenetic mechanisms and differentiation pathways, it has the potential to revolutionize developmental biology.”

Too few patients and too few survivors prevent researchers from linking the virus-driven degradation of mRNA to molecular biological changes in ETMR.

Thank God, Musk’s xAI need only add data on energy-dependent miRNA-mediated cell type differentiation to link prevention of all virus-driven pathology to the 2024 Nobel Prize in Medicine “for the discovery of microRNA and its role in post-transcriptional gene regulation”

That will level the playing field among profiteers by helping to ensure all sources of AI begin to match sources of human intelligence displayed when Trump linked God’s Creation of sunlight and humidity from optimal nutrition to constraints on coronavirus replication.

See for example Google AI’s overview of my 2018 review: Nutrient-dependent Pheromone-Controlled Ecological Adaptations: From Angstroms to Ecosystems

“Nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled ecological adaptations: from angstroms to ecosystems” refers to a scientific concept that proposes how the availability of nutrients can influence the production of pheromones within an organism, which in turn can drive significant ecological adaptations across various levels, from the molecular (angstroms) to the entire ecosystem scale, by affecting behavior, development, and population dynamics.

Musk’s xAI got stuck portraying moronic theories that link the automagical emergence of energy from the cosmic void to the mathemagical evolution of people from pond scum. See the claims about a scientific consensus repeated during the conversation attempt at lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA Network in Evolution

Scientific Consensus: The idea that nutrient-dependent changes and pheromone signaling are the primary drivers of evolution across all kingdoms is not widely accepted in mainstream biology.

The vast literature on miRNAs (180,852 results in PubMed) shows a consensus on their importance but also highlights areas where more research is needed to clarify their roles in various contexts.

Calling evolutionary biology “moronic theories” misunderstands or misrepresents the scientific consensus.

For facts linked to the scientific consensus on prevention of virus-driven pathology from cancer to Alzheimer’s and suicide prevention, see:

Structures of aberrant spliceosome intermediates on their way to disassembly 1/20/25 reported on 3/7/25 as The spliceosome: An atomic-level look into how cells avoid errors when manufacturing mRNA 2/7/25

“The proteins involved in this process of cellular quality control are conserved in eukaryotic organisms from fission yeast to humans. The scientists therefore assume that the mechanisms for recognizing and sorting out faulty spliceosomes have remained largely unchanged over the course of evolution.”

The “course of evolution” is known to intelligent serious scientists as ecological adaptation during the past 6-10,000 years. See: Analysis of 6,515 exomes reveals the recent origin of most human protein-coding variants 11/28/12

Ecological adaptations are is biophysically constrained by food energy-dependent pheromone regulated miRNA abundance.
