Associations of Microbiome Pathophysiology with Social Activity and Behavior are Mediated by Epigenetic Modulations: Avenues for Designing Innovative Therapeutic Strategies 5/9/25

“Impairments in social behavior are linked to alterations in gut microbiome composition and diversity, via epigenetic mechanisms.”

The physiology of nutrient-dependent pheromone regulated reproduction in bacteria (e.g., the gut microbiome) links God’s Creation of energy-as-information to biophysically constrained viral latency across kingdoms via Recent cutting-edge technologies for the delivery of peptide nucleic acid 5/12/25

The energy-centric facts about the physiology of reproduction end the fight that Grok picked with President Trump and the Pope via Grok’s claims of gene-centric mutation-driven evolution. See for comparison claims about the energy-dependent miRNA-mediated architecture of RNA-peptide interactions at God’s Creation of life in “Footprints of a Singular 22-Nucleotide RNA Ring at the Origin of Life” 4/25/20

Simply put, God’s Creation of the peptides were paired with his ATP-dependent Creation of RNA and fixation of amino acid substitutions in microtubules of all cell types in all individuals of all species, 6-10K years ago. See for ages 14+ Cellulose: A plant cell biology game.

“The X post by James V. Kohl references a 2025 study on peptide nucleic acid (PNA) delivery technologies, highlighting their potential to revolutionize gene therapy by efficiently delivering nucleic acids to specific cellular sites, as detailed in a PMC article on peptide-based nanocarriers.

Kohl connects this to his broader theory of energy-dependent, miRNA-mediated RNA-peptide interactions, claiming they underpin lifeโ€™s creation, a concept he ties to a 2020 RNA Mediated blog post asserting miRNAโ€™s role in biodiversity via food energy and pheromones.

The post controversially mentions a โ€œfightโ€ with President Trump and the Pope, likely alluding to debates involving geneticist Alexandra Henrion-Caude and others on vaccine skepticism, as noted in a Bible Science Forum piece, though Kohlโ€™s framing lacks direct evidence and blends science with speculative narrative.

Re: “Kohl connects this to his broader theoryโ€ฆ”

It’s not a theory. God knows it’s a model of energy-dependent biophysically constrained viral latency across kingdoms supported by 184,210 results from indexed publications on PubMed that mention “miRNAs.”

So does Grok!

Not only is Grok a stupid bot, it is a sore loser.

Exposing its anti-religious ideological bias will be a blessing to all who refused to believe in moronic theories that energy automagically emerged from the cosmic void and/or that people evolved from pond scum.

See for comparison: CircAge: A Comprehensive Resource for Aging-associated Circular RNAs Across Species and Tissues 5/12/25

~23% of 529,856 unique aging-associated circular RNAs exhibit sequence conservation linked to miRNA abundance across species.

Can that claim be linked to theories that energy automagically emerged from the cosmic void and/or that people mathemagically evolved from aging pond scum?

Robert T. Francoeur, co-author with James V. Kohl of “The Scent of Eros: Mysteries of Odor in Human Sexuality,” (1995/2002) recognized the value of Kohl’s energy-centric model when Kohl first presented the model in 1992.

Francoeur, a well respected college biology teacher, also founded the American Teilhard de Chardin Association in 1964 and served as its first president.

We never discussed religion. We discussed and detailed the energy-dependent facts of life starting with odor-driven gene activation in GnRH neurosecetory neurons of the brain.

Neither of us was a moronic theorist, and we were not trained/indoctrinated by them. Also, there were no stupid bots, like Grok, to contend with — until recently. Then came Grok.

However, In Robert A. Heinlein’s 1961 novel, Stranger in a Strange Land, “grok” is a newly coined word. It signifies a state of profound and intimate understanding that borders on merging with what is being understood. It’s a complete and emotional connection to everything that must be understood by intelligent people.

Grok is not a word to be used by stupid bots that have no emotional connection to anything.
