God’s protection from SARS COV-2 and other viruses (3)

The coronavirus may sometimes slip its genetic material into human chromosomes—but what does that mean? 12/16/20

…the paper clearly states the integration the authors think happens could not lead to the production of infectious SARS-CoV-2.

That claim suggests that science fiction author, Greg Bear correctly linked nutrient-dependent pheromone-regulated ecological adaptations across kingdoms to the integration of SARS-CoV-2 and other viruses in organized human genomes via chromosomal rearrangements and sympatric speciation.

In 1910 Thomas Hunt Morgan discovered some genes in fruit flies were linked, that is, disproportionately inherited together, showing that there are exceptions to Mendel’s law. Linked genes are so close together on a chromosome that they are inherited together. This discovery led to mapping various genes onto chromosomes in different species….

Bear fills this void in our understanding with the notion that radical changes in the genome, brought about by mobilization of transposable elements such as human endogenous retroviruses, result in rapid change at the subspecies or species level.

He also seeks to teach readers about science, to highlight our utilitarian politics and our inability to get along with each other, and to provide a quasi-rational basis for theology and morality.

Unfortunately, Greg Bear and others could not teach biologically uninformed science idiots about how chromosomal rearrangements were linked from biophysically constrained viral latency to healthy longevity, even after he linked the facts to ecological adaptations in a new human species,

Darwin’s idea still compels. But Charles Darwin was wise enough not to pin down what he could not see or know, and so, he did not overly pontificate on how the changeability of nature was encoded, and how that code could be altered in its details.

All intelligent serious scientists know that the changeability of the code links Visualizing a protonated RNA state that modulates microRNA-21 maturation 10/26/20 to protection from the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA and healthy longevity across kingdoms via Peptide synthesis at the origin of life 11/13/20.
Obviously, it won’t be much longer until the facts about biophysically constrained viral latency are linked from Quantico to the end of the coronavirus pandemic via the science specifics that Greg Bear left out of his novel for security reasons.

5. Repetitive elements or endogenous viral elements can be targeted with engineered Cas+gRNA systems in microbes, plants, animals, or human cells to reduce deleterious transposition or to aid in sequencing or other analytic genomic/transcriptomic/proteomic/diagnostic tools (in which nearly identical copies can be problematic).

Adaptation of this viral strain in the mouse appeared to be dependent on a critical amino acid change, Asn501 to Tyr (N501Y), within the receptor-binding domain of the viral spike protein.

Unfortunately, Asn501 to Tyr (N501Y) is still being linked to mutation-driven evolution seven years after rs3827760, also known as 1540T/C, 370A or Val370Ala, (a SNP in the ectodysplasin A receptor EDAR gene on chromosome 2), was linked to cell type stability in mice and in humans from the Old World to the New World.
Indeed, as this video representation shows, the difference between a mutation and fixation of an amino acid substitution is not clear to gene-centric theorists.
