Nutrient-dependent Pheromone-Controlled Ecological Adaptations: From Angstroms to Ecosystems (Apr 11, 2018)

My Summary: The pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction biophysically constrains viral latency and the transgenerational epigenetic inheritance of healthy longevity in the context of fixation of the EDAR V370A variant. The variant links changes in a single base pair to differences in an amino acid substitution, which links the mouse-to-human model of ecological adaption from microbes to all extant morphological and behavioral biodiversity.

Genome function(s), in turn, are probably regulated by genomic regulatory networks composed of, and controlled by, different constituents, e.g., microRNA/histones/proteins, that regulate and maintain structural and functional integrity of the genome.

Genome regulatory networks are food energy-dependent. They are not automagically probably regulated.
