Information ecosystems are energy-dependent. See: MicroRNA + cadherin The creation of adhesion proteins prevents genomic entropy.

In the coming month, I may not be able to comment at Massivesci.com, but I will complete my refutation of neo-Darwinian pseudoscientific nonsense with posts that cite works with links from energy-dependent changes in electrons to ecosystems and interethnic genetic diversity.
I’ve already cited: Loss of APOBEC1 RNA-editing function in microglia exacerbates age-related CNS pathophysiology.  Bruce McEwen’s group(s) helped me to place the findings into this context: The virus-driven theft of quantized energy causes the loss of RNA-editing function in all cell types of all individuals of all living genera. Loss of adhesion proteins links the negative supercoiling of DNA to all pathology via the degradation of messenger RNA.

The synthesis of RNA in isolated thymus nuclei is ATP dependent.

McEwen et al (1964) linked the creation of sunlight from the creation of ATP to the creation of RNA.
Anyone who still thinks that simulating evolution in the context of random mutations and selection to build a better virus is a viable approach to the explanation of energy-dependent biophysically constrained biodiversity has underestimated the intelligence of all serious scientists. That is a massivesci.com blunder akin to the blunders Jay R. Feierman made in these claims from 2013.

I am absolutely certain that if you showed this statement to any professor of biology or genetics in any accredited university anywhere in the world that 100% of them would say that “Random mutations are the substrate upon which directional natural selection acts” is a correct and true statement.

See also:

Variation is not nutrient availability and the something that is doing the selecting is not the individual organism. A feature of an educated person is to realize what they do not know. Sadly, you don’t know that you have an incorrect understanding [of] Darwinian biological evolution.

I’m not going to wait for a formal response to my application to join the Massivesci.com consortium.Their “Chief Content Officer” clearly showed that people like Jay R. Feierman are more than likely to already be participants with full privileges. For contrast, earlier today,  I renewed my active emeritus status in the American Society for Clinical Pathology.
Minimally, “It boils down to random mutation and selection ” (January 9, 2018) exemplifies what Richard P. Feynman referred to in the context of food energy and human idiocy.

Plants depend on light for energy. They gather sunlight in microscopic, chemical solar panels called chloroplasts. The light energy moves through a series of chemical reactions that turn carbon dioxide into usable energy, like glucose, in a process called photosynthesis.

Clearly, we also depend on light for our energy, because we eat plants. That was the concept that Schrödinger placed into the context of “What is Life?” (1944).

Indeed, in the case of higher animals we know the kind of orderliness they feed upon well enough, viz. the extremely well-ordered state of matter in more or less complicated organic compounds, which serve them as foodstuffs. After utilizing it they return it in a very much degraded form -not entirely degraded, however, for plants can still make use of it. (These, of course, have their most power supply of ‘negative entropy’ the sunlight.) (pp. 73 and 74)

Ecological variation has since been linked from the anti-entropic virucidal energy of sunlight to the physiology of pheromone-controlled reproduction and all biodiversity via the food that organisms eat. Organisms that cannot find good food suffer from the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA that contributes to all pathology.

Perhaps Christ et al., (2018) and Christ et al., (2013) said it best:
Western Diet Triggers NLRP3-Dependent Innate Immune Reprogramming (2018)

…NLRP3 mediates trained immunity following WD and could thereby mediate the potentially deleterious effects of trained immunity in inflammatory diseases.

Simply put, unhealthy eating causes the negative supercoiling (aka unwinding) of supercoiled DNA.
The Pharmacology of Regenerative Medicine (July 1, 2013)

…we have attempted to unite, in a single report, the salient features of diverse fields of research—ranging from materials chemistry and functionalized biomaterials to stem cells, organ/tissue regeneration, wound healing, and development biology—in the hope that providing all of this information at this time would provide the foundation for future interactions and discussions.

Session 2 Title: Evolutionary and Computational Analysis (RNA Modifications)

This is pitiful. No experimental evidence of top-down causation suggests that energy-dependent changes in RNA modifications automagically evolved.

If you think you understand how this is linked to healthy longevity or to all virus-driven pathology, you are not a theorist.
If you are a biologically uninformed theorist, you will not like this:
Meet the creature that can regenerate its brain and resist cancer. (video)
The “walking fish” model organism links the food energy-dependent pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction from biophysically constrained viral latency to all biodiversity on Earth.
If you are an atheist, you will hate this peer-reviewed refutation of neo-Darwinian pseudoscientific nonsense. Your hatred will not make the model less valid.
